Hard to believe! Ya think it came from that old pet shop on 2 and 4? I found turtles walking up the hill after they were broken into years back

What is more amazing is the fact that Animal Officer Wayne responded...I thought he just collected a paycheck, I have never heard of him actually responding to a call before.
