Read all about SPD Det. Tony Bickertons wife. That news she stole TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS from Kohls and isn't being prosecuted. All they have to do is pay the 10k back. Now, would you get away with that? NOT. That news is only a week old. Read under the stoughton topix sites. SICKENING. All that was done was a police report was written. OUCH. That must have hurt. DOUBT IT. Who else would get away with this?
