Freedom of speech rights do not apply here. Just read a case where the blogger not only lost his case, but also had over $25,000 in atty fees. Now the family is loosing their home to pay damages. These are facts....the truth...I am not a blogger.

Thanks Wildcat for the support. Obviously 'for real' went to a government school.
Have a hard time finding the "law" that states a "Mom" can't help out at a grooming service. This is not brain surgery - its dog grooming.
Yes maybe they were out of shampoo, but they are still accusing a business of misconduct. Bloggers have been loosing court cases and their homes for comments like these.

Sharp scissors and clippers are involved. I would expect someone who is qualified to groom my baby. Also reading the comments it is obvious that running out of a shampoo product isn't a crime, but charging clients for the product that isn't in stock is. Governent school was just stupid!!!!!

Celeste in MS. Did you read the whole comments from "real" about the Mom?? Of course you want first line treatment for your doggy. Me too, but to say it is against the law for the owner's mom to help; is ..... The mom may be fully trained or may have even owned the place. We don't know. When typing fast we all make errors; but "real" has a lack of logic - i.e. government schools. You have to be in Atlanta to understand what this means - it involves a local radio personality. thanks.

I've used Muddy Mutt several times and I find the people very professional and friendly. The prices are reasonable for grooming a large, very hairy dog. They also don't keep my dog all day long - just a few hours. I highly recommend this business.
