Any clients who have had the following upgraded services since approximately Feb. 14th 2009 thru April 14th, 2009 should request an immediate refund for being unlawfully charged for the use of products not in stock at the time...the main offense wiould be the FURMINATOR-SHEDLESS TREATMENT which is an additional $10.00 to $35.00 per dog....the second is TEA TREE SHAMPOO which is an additional $3.00 per dog....the other upgraded shampoos which were out of stock were....BRONZING.....BLACK.... .WHITENINg.....and DESKUNK. Also dogs had their teeth brushed in this time frame again because there was no toothbgrushes. From April 5th or 6th,2009 til April 14th, 2009 the only shampoo in stock was hypo-allergenic which every single dogs was bathe with. There was not BLEBERRY FACIALS from April15th til April 21st. These items were not backordered they simply wewre out of stock much to th proprietors knowledge....How do I know? Everyday I asked when would we be getting products to place in out inventory. Honestly it is okay to be out of stock it happens but don't charge clients it's just morally wrong...plus it went on for at least two months.......that is alot of lying....cheating....and extra money in their money box for services not rendered. Economically times are hard..we all feel the crunch, but the public deserves to get exactly what they pay for. I am sorry I lied to you....but I had no choice!

i brought my 3 year old Poodle here last week and loved the staff, and their courtesy towards me and my dog. The prices are VERY reasonably priced and out of all the grommers in town they BY FAR have the nicest and most profesional. I have and would highly recommend them.

Wow, some people get their panties in a wad because a pet service is out of shampoo and then publishes the same line 3 times under different handles. Are you insane or just stupid. If you are a fired employee, we can understand why. If not, use a different groomer.

The point is that the establishment charged the clients for a shampoo that was not in stock...a shampoo that was out of stock for at LEAST TWO MONTHS......an upgrade...a specialty shampoo....an aditional charge of $10.00 to $35.00 ....that is the point...are you stupid? Or do you like being ripped off.....?

I have been going to The Muddy Mutt since they have opened and I will not go to anyone else. They treat me like I'm loved, and are very very good to me. I would never go to a person who starts a business in their home.....that is illegal.

First off, I have never been an employee at MM. I am a school teacher in Canton who happens to live nearby. I have had my dog groomed at MM several times and will not return. I had my doubts about some the "services" that were offered and this just seals the deal. I did some research and have most certainly found out that the distributors of Furminator and other products, do not provide the select items or items to carry out their claimed services to MM. They may have provided in the past, but not in bulk that would be required to provide meaningful services of the product. It is to my understanding that Fuminator will be investigating this. Thanks to Get Real/For Real for bringing this to light so I know that I am not the only one who was having doubts.

I hope your allagations are true and factual. A little research will show that "bloggers" like you, are loosing court battles all over the country for comments made on blogs. Freedom of speech rights do not apply here. Just read a case where the blogger not only lost his case, but also had over $25,000 in atty fees. Now the family is loosing their home to pay damages.
