Review: Rosenberg Orthodontics

we were referred by our insurance to this group, and things started out all right, but progressively I realized that things were wrong with my 11 year old son's braces. I had to go back many, many times. My son was in so much pain he was crying himself to sleep each night. When I called the office the office personnel were quite rude - it seemed to me that since they already had my money, my son was just a nuisance to them. Finally after about 6 or 7 tries (good thing I live in Canton near their office!) Rosenberg did get it right, but I would NEVER ever go back to this gorup. My daughter might need braces in a few years and I would not take here to Rosenberg if they offered their services for free, after my experience with my son and how he was treated there. This doctor is also one of the most expensive in Farmington Valley.

I've been searching the internet for an orthodontist and was referred by my trusted family dentist to see Dr. Rosenberg. I took my daughters their for a free consultation and Dr. Rosenberg was upfront, honest and the kids loved him. He told me that my youngest daughter was still a little too young and the older one would need a "palate expander". I had taken her for a second opinion to an orthodontist down the street and he tried to put them BOTH in braces and charge me upwards of $6000 EACH DAUGHTER. Quite a price for someone who still has some developing to do.
I have to respectfully disagree with John Petersons complaint. I know many children who all love Dr. Rosenberg (and the other doctors, as well). In fact, many friends of mine are transferring into that practice! q
