If a person goes to gas station looking for a job and the gas station is owned by a private owner, the owner has every right to hire or reject based on his personal likings.
When a person is trying to get in an entity that feeds on public money, the cronies got in before are not the owners but are authorities with accountability.
It is sad to see education field a most infested cesspool. It is fed by all colored, immigrants, non-Christians, olds / young, males/females, etc.
None of the school system is maintained by a single philanthropist. If so, Harshad will be the first to stay away. Problem - parents elect board members. Some board members have numerous kids and Garfield School District provide the best health insurance (every thing paid). Connect the dots.
Red flag - If a community in southern Mississippi has an entity with 200 personnels and are all African Blacks, wouldn't caucasians say - it's a red flag. But if an entity has 200 employees and all are caucasian, it's not a red flag but is a white flag (of peace).
