im not saying what they did was okay but life in prison? thats uncalled for!

The difference between 17 years & life seems extremely HUGE! I feel so sad for everyone that this has touches. There are people that care!!

What about the poor dead guy? Dead Dude doesn't have a say in what happens to the low lifes that killed turned him into a corpse. Besides it isn't true life it is 25 years under Ballot Measure 11. This will make him eligible for parole after 25 years. 17 years for being the getaway driver vs. 25 years for one of the killers doesn't seem too off.

Glad Mexi-David & Nessa didn't get let off the hook with a lame light sentence. I am glad they are paying -- wish they had to spend the rest of their lives in prison. Aggravated murder is punishable by lethal injection so I hope the 3rd meth-head gets the death penalty!

They are paying. Holding the get away driver to the same standards as the killer is unrealistic. The 3rd Meth Monster is facing the real deal.

There are many aspects of the case that nobody knows. Vanessa had more involvement than most think, and less than others think. And Meth monster? Who are you people? Everyone makes mistakes. Some more than others, and some with greater consiquenses. I know God will forgive him, wether the world does or not. And either way, I STILL LOVE BRANDON, DAVID, and VANESSA.

For your information murdered kid has a name David Stipe. And David Stipe wasn't all hug's and kisses like we remember. He was jailed for rape. I'm not trying to justify it, but not even MURDERED KID was perfect, and your kids wont be either. Ask yourself this, would you still love your kids if they stole money from you? How about your car? How about if they stole money from someone else? Would you still love them if they took the life of someone else? The bible says "how many times should i forgive my brother? EVERY TIME!" TRUE TALK, they fucked up. But i forgive them. I forgive them everyday, and i forgive them for the mistakes that they are still making.

I hope that you can learn to do the same for your family, friends, children, and loved ones.

i loved david very much and know all he did wasnt great but to even talk about him like that ... you are f**ked up seriously. he didnt rape her at all it was his girlfriend and vanessa called the cops on him cause he wouldnt help her any longer he was fed up with the drugs and he never hurt a soul in his life he was an amazing man and ill love him til the day i die.. and i do pray for davids mom and the mothers of the others because they do deserve what they get...

I loved david too, but saying that he was perfect isn't true. Everyone makes mistakes and nobody is perfect. I guess i would feel a little bit diffently had he not tried to touch me in ways that i didn't like. Even after i told him that that was never going to happen he didn't get it. And weither it was his girlfriend or not it was still illegal. And his girlfriends mom is the one that called the cops on him, not vanessa. And how can you say that their mothers deserve what they get. What the hell do their mothers have to do with it? They were just living their lives till all this happened and they had nothing to do with it. I'm not saying that he deserved it, or that he got what was coming to him. IT WAS AN ACCIDENT. It just got out of hand and once Adams' finger slipped he would have bled out and died anyways. They didn't want to leave him there to die. They didn't want him to suffer. They made a mistake, but they all owned up to what they did and will serve their time for it. This is just a bad situation for EVERYONE involved. EVERYONE.

no i meant the kids not their mothers. and no it was vanessa... david told me...i was with david for a while before olivia and i know david wasnt perfect no one is but he was an amazing man that had a rough life..and i highly doubt he would touch anyone against their will he was never like that with me...he was very loving and caring ...i love his mother as well she has been a great support in my life through alot of things and so has he even after we broke up... and dont believe you can accidentally shoot some one the way he did it... they even tried burning the frickin evidence which shows the guilt and they ran...im not saying they should die like alot of people are wanting they just deserve to be punished and they are...

i was at that son of a b**** sentencing with davids mom and olivia... they tortured david and then that bastard shot him 4 times i hope he is someones b**** in prison and i hope he never feels any happness cause that son of a b**** doesnt deserve it none of them deserve to ever be happy again they stole his life theirs should be ruined forever

he wasn't all sweet and innocent. Reguardless of who called the cops on him it was still statutory rape. Also called contributing to the delinquency of a minor. That is illegal. You can think whatever you want but he tried many many times to touch me innappropriatly in my room in front of all my friends untill Miller made him leave. He did hurt people. All the time! I know that i personally felt hurt by him more than 10 times off of the top of my head that i can remember. He gun discharged the first time and he didn't know what t do. Don't you think that his guilt is enough to worry about without all you dumn ass people taking shit. True they did try to burn the evidence, but they all confessed! Isn't that enough?? Nothing will change now. Whats done is done so get over it!

I still love that boy he was always there when I needed him. and never tried to touch me inappropriatly and I've known david for a long time david is dead he got his life stolen.
