Tullio's Court Appearances

Ok people, lets see if we can stick to the topic posted without getting sidetracked...Has anyone heard what happened to him today?

On this day in 1925 Tenessee biology teacher John Scopes was convicted of teaching evolution which violated the Butler act. Is that off the topic?

That was EXACTLY why I started the new topic, I was actually hoping to find out information on the posted topic instead of the moronic dribble that the other blog turned into. Pleas, if you hear anything, keep us posted. I just got tired of all the BS there and THOUGHT this was a way to end it. My LOL was sarcastic to say the least. So does anyone know what happened yesterday in court?

Just checked the Oneida county lock up list.... Tulio is still locked up charges are unlawful possesion of a controlled substance in the 3rd Assault in the 3rd and Unlawful imprisonment in the 1st degree I have not heard anything about what happened at court hope he gets what's coming to him

The facts,, The GJ hearing has been continued through today. They need the Trooper who tested the drugs in the field to testify. Tullio chose not to appear, so there was no request for bail..The assault charge has been upgraded to a 2-felony. Now there is 3 felonies. The DA expects him to be charged with all counts. A "no brainer" to be exact. The DA also is under the impression that he will plead guilt to all charges, hoping for a lighter sentence and not go to trial.
Thanks again to the witness' and the chasers. Nice to really meet you yesterday. HA! I find it funny that Tullio was trying to run from someone who was training for a marathon. Karma!

Excellent!! I'm glad the third charge was upgraded to a felony. Justice will be served.

By the way, to anyone who might be confused, GJ means Grand Jury... not Gary Johnson... lol

FANTASTIC!!! Thanks for keeping us posted. I hope you and your daughter are doing well, and she is on the road to recovery. It's going to be a long road for you all, but it sounds like you have a lot of supporters out there to help with that. BTW... Kharma is a wonderful thing :-)

Don't be frustrated that Tullio is out of your reach, go out and punch someone you don't like. It was pretty clear Tullio was a fruit from day one. Take action, don't talk about it, don't type about it, now is your time.

It is the definition of crap. I can sum everything up in a few short sentences:

Tullio had no job or visible means of support, Tullio sold drugs and dipped into his own supply because he was weak and had zero character, Tullion assaulted and could have seriously hurt a nice young lady during a drug binge. The case against Tullio is solid and he will not see the light of day except through barred windows for a long time.

If you want to do something constructive, take some action to determine who else is dealing drugs and who might next assault a girl.

I am sure there are some guys around town that would give Tullio what he deserves given the right opportunity. Do you honestly believe any of them are typing about their "feelings" on here? Leave topix to the girls.
