Hey Folks, Now that Teddy has been out of town so to speak for a year on the premise that he was killing tourism, how has the tourism done? Has it steamrolled into traffic jams and hordes of free-spending flatlanders?

What a friggin dip stick you are. This place will pick up in time. After all, it took dough boy 20 some odd years to crew it up and made it known nationally. We got a bad rap for way too long and this will not heal over night.

I actually missed Ted's presence last week. People don't stop at that stop sign anymore. I was crossing in the crosswalk between the shoe shop and CR Outfitters and some damn Canadian almost waxed me. Blew right threw the stop sign, with the blinking light on top, and turned left to head north. Barely slowed down. When I told someone else that story, they agreed and said they too almost got creamed at that crosswalk, twice. People at least used to stop before, they don't now. You can see that same scene happen several times a day now, people blowing the stop sign. I hate to say it, but maybe our current dept. should sit at the bank for a while and ticket people for doing that.

I think we should spend our money on re-painting our crosswalks and have those yellow yield to pedestrians It's the law signs like other towns have.
"Almost got hit" get out of hear. No intersection in the country is 100% safe no matter if is is a street light or stop sign, we all have to use a little common sense when crossing intersections. "damn Canadian" Some of you people just don't like out-of-towners period.

well said fed up i believe the pedestrian signs have worked wonders for our town and painting to brighten up the crosswalk

Listen, Mr. Miller has closed this chapter of his life, and people have different views on how to solve different problems.
