Edwards has increased taxes by 9% in his budget this year, Duffy has cut them in Rochester, seems like a no brainer. Though we really don't get to vote for this position anyway, whomever is governor gets his running mate, they run as a ticket.

Rhon-dude, the location of your IP doesnt have to match where you live. I know people who live in the city of Rochester, but it says Geneseo. It depends on your provider or where your connnection is. How about that person might've been using a computer in Webster at someone's house or maybe on a laptop and got a wireless.
