animal abuse by vet

well i went to lake region animal hospital in Windham Maine for the first and last time,i brought my cat for a check up and i feel that Dr Griffin mistreated my cat.he wouldn't even let me go when he got his shot????????? i have had several animals and NEVER had to stay in another room when they got care,unless it was surgery .then when i was leaving and got my rabies certificate,it said my name was "over the counter" that my cat was a dog and that his name was "any pet" what kind of place do they think they are running,not professional that i do know for a fact and if i have anything to say about it he will loose his license .what did he do to my cat in the back room,my pet has not been the same ,i will never know,please don't take a chance with your animal,not if you love it.

My pets were always well cared for by Dr. Griffin. You must be mistaken. He even reoperated on my cat when the first surgery didn't work out, at no charge. He also mentored my children in the care of pets, and helped my daughter decide on her profession as Licensed Vet Tech. The folks who work with Dr. Griffin are also top notch people. Very caring.
