No show for revaluation appointment

My husband and I waited for more 6 hours on Saturday for the person from the company doing the property revaluations to show up. They were supposed to meet us between 1-3PM. We called the company, but nobody was there, so we could only leave a message. Just wondering if anyone else had similar problems, or were we the only ones?
