There is a series that aired last night called A.I.M.S. they are a group of mountain men from West Virginia, they hunt and trap, etc. their first segment last night was about Hazel Green - Wolf Co. Ky. They were searching the woods for a wolf man creature. They estimate it to be about 7 feet tall and weighing about 500 lbs. They had 3 people on the show from Wolf Co. who have seen it and one man had a video of it in the woods. The show was very interesting.

The Kentucky Wolfman premieres Saturday, June 22 at 10 PM E/P
Following eyewitness leads and a trail of fresh physical evidence, the West Virginia-based AIMS team embarks on a quest to capture the elusive Kentucky Wolfman. This 500-lb, 7-foot-tall wolf monster has been terrifying residents in Wolfe County and locals are demanding answers. Their mission is to interview witnesses, investigate scenes of the encounter, collect solid evidence of the Wolfman’s existence, and hopefully walk away with the beast itself. AIMS goes in hot pursuit of the Wolfman and puts their backwoods knowledge to use as they build a customized trap large enough and strong enough to finally capture this beast before it depletes its food source and flees to terrorize a new area.

Good grief, so many gullible people in the world. Why has no one in Hazel Green and Wolfe County ever seen such a creature. I guarantee you if something like this existed, someone would know about it.
Pure TV drama - nothing more.

Here is the info I gathered from the segment that aired on Sat. June 22.
The wolf man creature has been spotted dating back to the early 70's, in Wolfe County. There are old, silver mines located throughout the area and it is believed to inhabit these mines.
Eyewitness Accounts:
A fellow they referred to as "Armor" who is a trap shooter, said he saw the beast. This fellow was a big man with a braided beard.
A fellow referred to as "Turtle man", showed a video clip of the wolf creature. You could actually see it moving in the woods walking on it's 2 feet upright like a man... this man lives off the land he said, and he was in the woods looking for maple syrup trees. He said he had taken his video camera along to video some lightning damage to very large trees so his wife could see them. He encountered the beast...
A fellow called "Jasper" - he says he has hunted, trapped, and has ran snares for 50 years. He had an encounter with the wolf creature while running snares in a hollow. He heard it's howl coming from a ridge above him and saw it. He showed a picture of it's massive foot print that he had taken with his cell phone.
I have to admit, I found it all quite interesting and the documentation was great, showing bones and carcasses from various animals in it's feeding area ( one was that of a steer that could have weighed up to 1,000 lbs.)-
They were shown going to a recycling yard (Ward's Recycling), with a man by the name of "Willie", where he obtained metal to build a large drop-cage to entrap the wolf creature.
I do not think they were trying to portray the area in any manner, they travel throughout the entire Appalachian region gathering evidence and creating video footage of their findings. They focus on folklore and legend that I found quite interesting. They will be visiting Point Pleasant, West Virginia to investigate the moth man soon.

Gullible? What about this for the season finale--the monster is found hiding under the wind harp (He is apparently attracted to the vibration from the strings). When cornered, he climbs to the top of the 80 foot fiddle. The turtle man is called in to capture him. He is able to get him down and put in a cage. He becomes a permanent exhibit at the visitation center and is trained to collect the admission tickets. Just a rumor.

Absolutely! No one in Hazel Green has ever heard of any of these people and have never heard of anyone being afraid to go outside.
I highly suspect that this was not filmed in Wolfe County. Why doesn't anyone know about this?
Geez - what a truck load of garbage. Surely people don't believe this stuff.
The county should look into this and file a lawsuit against this company - it makes us look like idiots.
