Zimmerman is not a cop. Zimmerman is not a cop. What would you do if a stranger walked up to you in the middle of the night on the public streets and asked you "What are you doing here"? Where is it written that I must answer any stranger questions as I walk on the public street? Zimmerman is not a cop. The facts speak for themselves. Funny thing is, Zimmerman didn't identify himself and killed a underage kid. Doesn't sound much like Neighborhood watch, more like psycho with a gun. The underage teen asked twice, "why are you following me"??? Zimmerman only reply was "Why are you doing here". Then the fight happens.

Why can't the Zimmerman supporter talk about the facts of the case without mentioning Obama, New Black Panthers, Al Sharpton or Jessie Jakcson. While everyone has and welcome to their opinion, this doesn't change the fact that a young underage kid walking home minding his own business was killed. Zimmerman should have been drug tested. Zimmerman claims he was ambushed and attacked by this teen, but we know the teen was on the phone walking fast to get away from a stranger who he thought maybe following him. Zimmerman said he Fled, Trayvon & girlfriend said the teen fled. Only after the teen is dead....do we hear the dead victim was the aggressor.

The only reference found to your assertion is from the girl that Martin was talking with on his cell phone mentioned in by the Martin family attorney. The only mention in her SWORN TESTIMONY about anything related to the night of Martin's death was saying Trayvon was scared because he was being followed. THAT’S IT. No mention of her hearing the confrontation. No mention of her noting their voices. The States Attorney Affidavit has no mention of ANYTHING outlined by Ben Crump in his press conference on March 20th and that you have just used again, wrongly asserting it as fact when it is nothing more than wishes on behalf of Martin's family.

Zimmerman & his wife were caught on a recorded phone conversation lying about money they had, after telling the judge they had nothing. After turning in his passport, they found he had another one. He had told the government he had lost one previously, had it replaced. But he *hadn't* lost it at all. Boom, he's going back to jail, has lost any credibility he had.

I didn't believe Zimmerman claim he couldn't apologize to the Martin family for their lost until 50 days later at the his bond hearing. That was just pathetic and pretty sick. Then make the apology looking at his lawyer, avoiding any eye contact with the family. Complete disrespect for the kid family and lost of life.

If a 6'2" 17 year old was on top pounding my head into the ground after he broke my nose I would have empied all the rounds into him to save my life. The way I see it, Zimmerman did society a favor by eliminating a thug. Making him out to be wonderful is absurd.

He merely expressed his sympathy for the Martin family who had lost their son. It is a terrible loss for a family to lose a loved one, whatever the circumstances may be. Interpreting it as an admission of some form of guilt or wrongdoing is a mistake. As for how "long" it took. Always take the advice of your lawyer, he's the only one who has an interest in what's best for you = staying out of jail

Old School wrote: <quoted text>How can you say anything with certainty if you wasn't there? All you have is Zimmerman's story and a witness or two that tell different views. Long and short Zimmerman should go free under Florida law. If Sharpton and Jackson want to instigate an uprising then so be it. Let the chips fall. What happens during the trial when the actual evidence will be questioned. It doesn't look good for Zimmerman. What will happen to the Zimmerman supporters when Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton and Black Panthers are no longer a factor. Can Zimmerman prove he was attacked and not the aggressor? I just don't believe this teen was circling Zimmerman car trying to provoke him or a fight. Listening to the 911 calls, it sounds more like Zimmerman was the aggressor who attacked the teen who was standing his ground against his killer and gunman.

Boom, he's going back to jail, has lost any credibility he had. They told the judge they weren't sure how much they had in donations-BUT Shelly Zimmerman stated at the bail hearing that her brother in law had the details. She asked if they wanted to call him. The judge asked if she had an estimate-no, not sure how much may be in the account. Also, since donations/payments through paypal can be disputed, a SINGLE dispute will freeze a whole account. At which point, they would have access to exactly $0.00 dollars no matter how much was in the account. Besides, these issues are not relevant to a bail inquiry. Once Zimmerman’s counsel said that the donations would be used for payment of attorneys’ fees and legal expenses, the Court cannot inquire further. the amount of bail is to assure defendant’s appearance. Bail is NOT punishment, a sanction, or a strategic device (e.g., to deny counsel and coerce a guilty plea). If bail was set higher b/c Zimmerman "may have" had access to these monies, then that money is no longer available to pay for his legal defense team. Having said that, the Judge felt that they were being "deceptive" and that he wanted to bring 'em in. Apparently there will be another bail hearing. As for the passport, personally, I would have taken the money out of paypal, gotten the passport, and headed to Brazil. When he's acquitted, he'll still have people looking to kill him. Bad move on the passport. The money, legally, bet he's out on bail again at his next hearing.

So, what evidence do you have again? what 911 call recording that says Zimmerman was the aggressor, that Zimmerman attacked the teen? Hate to burst your bubble, but all you have is your funny rose colored glasses and speculation fueling what you think "must have" happened.

Zimmerman doesn't have to prove a damn thing. Zimmerman is going to walk out an innocent man then get rich in the process. Is this a great country or is this a great country? Thanks George.

Is this a great country or is this a great country? Thanks George. The prosecution has to convince 12 jurors that he is guilty. The defense has to convince only one- not that he is innocent, but that there is a reasonable doubt as to his guilt. What amazes me is the mob mentality that seems to be abundant. It is the same mentality that Nancy Grace used to boost her ratings with completely trashing Casey Anthony and then trashing the jurors that acquitted her. I am truly surprised that Anthony or one of the jurors has not sued Nancy Grace or CNN. She has toned down her rhetoric with this case. I am just thankful that jurors are smart enough to look at the facts in a case as opposed to the vitriol that they hear on the news or read on websites like this.

You are SO delusional that you think you actually heard and audio THAT DOES NOT EXIST. The only thing they have is a REPORT from the GF. NO audio. Nada. Zilch. Nil. There are also questions about her credibility as in why it took her so long to come forward. For all I know, she may be telling the truth. But the circumstances certainly merit what is called "a reasonable doubt". Only one juror needs to have that reasonable doubt and Zimmerman walks.

That's it. There is nothing else. Nada. Martin's family lawyer had a press release/statement about the g/f having heard the confrontation, etc, but none of that was true. IF it were true, how come she didn't attest to that in her testimony?

Yeah that 17 year old kid was like trying to fight Bruce Lee. I would be embarrassed to be beaten up by a 17 year old kid. Zimmerman didn't have what it takes to be in law enforcement.
