what do you guys think of all the deadbeat parents in this area? it has to be one of the worst areas in the state.

No different than any other place. It's just too bad that they are not made to pay. A woman has to pay for a lawyer and the judge usually just makes them pay a small amount. Most men know this, so they just let it add up. It's very frustrating.

i agree with you...the judicial system with child support could care less because they aren't the ones getting money...and these kids are left out...

OK i have a son, I didn't get to do the DNA test until he was 2, the "child support office" could not find him went thru 4 different men with the same name, they were all married they were freakin out, well i took it apon myself to go find him, so i did, i turned the info into the child support office within a week we did the DNA test, well right away before the test came back he was ready to be a "dad" well it was all cool, it paid me 50 bucks cash every week, then he stopped, i got a letter they said he would pay 200 a month, that was cool! then he decided when my son was 5 he didn't want to pay! he fell off the earth for 6months, well his mom let it slip where he was working, so i called the child support office, told them he is workin here, i started getting a check again, he would send me a 5$ check, which i had no bank account so i would end up with 2 bucks, well then we went in front of the judge b/c he did not want to pay! did not cost no one money! He was 600.00 behind, so i kept on the child support office's azz, well they finally told him, pay or go too jail, he paid, now if he miss's 1 month he will go to jail, JUST STAY ON THE CHILD SUPPORT AND THEY WILL GET YOUR MONEY! BELIVE ME, I HAVE TOO STILL! THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE HE WORKS NEITHER DO I, BUT HE SENDS IT IN, JUST STAY ON THEM, IT WILL WORK! GO THERE TALK TO YOUR CASE WORKER, MINE TOLD ME, IT'S YOUR SON THAT NEEDS CLOTH'S AND SO ON, SO YOU NEED TO SPEAK UP AND TELL ME HOW MUCH YOU WANT A MONTH!! I ASKED FOR THE MOST I CAN ASK FOR, I GET IT, WHAT BOTHERS ME IS THE CARDS THEY NOW HAVE, IF YOU GO TO THE ATM THEY TAKE OUT 1.50 FOR YOU TO GET 20 BUCKS OFF THE CARD! THAT IS BULL, IT IS TAKING MONEY THAT BELONGS TO YOU! ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS STAY ON THE CHILD SUPPORTS BUTT, CALL THEM EVERYDAY IF YOU WANT THEY WILL HELP I PROMISE, I WILL SAY THAT YOU WILL PROBABLY END UP DOING THERE JOB, IF YOU KNOW WHERE THEY WORK CALL CHILD SUPPORT!
