yea I know it is canceled and that is why I am willing to sell......I am willing to take a beating on this to move it......I have 72.5 acres .it really is a steal at my price of $725,000.00......dont lose out on this bargain...just let me know and I will contact you

10,000 an acre is nothing when you have this great location to develop....as you know may retailers look for property near interchanges.....as i said this is a steal.....if interested you need to advise before the price increases
