Wow, more fear mongering. Do these substances cause harm OR might these substances cause harm? Since when is drug policy about human health? Let's look at the a widely used legal substance. Normal science has shown time and again tobacco is: the MOST DANGEROUS and ADDICTIVE substance known to man, is full of daughter elements of Uranium-238 that is made worse by the apatite-based fertilizers big tobacco uses, there are 450,000 tobacco-related deaths annually in the United States.......
What's missing? The legislation banning tobacco products in the Commonwealth. To call these "lawmakers" hypocrites would be an improvement.

Shut up you pot smoking hippie. Just because you can no longer smoke your "legal weed" doesn't mean you have to get your panties in a bunch. These synthetic drugs have horrible side affects. A friend of mine smoked some of that K2 stuff and suffered severe chest pains, extreme nausea, and severe migraines. When he got into the ER he was hooked up to a heart monitor. He had a very irregular heartbeat. Before you open your mouth and try to say anything, no he does not smoke cigarettes. Does he smoke weed? Yes he does. I on the other hand DO NOT smoke weed but I DO smoke cigarettes. Stop this whining all because you cant legally get high anymore. Yes cigarettes are harmful but I am in the process of quitting. That K2 stuff isnt even meant to be smoked in the first place. It says right on the label "Incense DO NOT SMOKE." So i guess you have to go back to your corner drug dealer and pay the outrageous street prices for your ganja. Unless you are on probation/parole then that just sucks for you.

Who said we need regulations. If a company whats to produce something that kills you and your dumb enough to believe their marketing schemes..... well then you deserve what you get. The pharma industry does it everyday. Side effects include, sclerosis of the liver. Heart palpitations. Hair loss.(sarcasm)

What I hate are insulting, condescending assholes such as yourself. Where did I say I smoke anything akin to cannabis, whether natural or synthetic? WHERE DID I SAY THAT GENIUS? Address the substance of the post; the MOST DANGEROUS AND ADDICTIVE SUBSTANCE KNOWN IS LEGAL, WHY?
Let's see if your canary ass can cash the check your alligator mouth is writing; if your from SWPA, PLEASE, choose a meeting place and will see if any smart-ass cracks come out of those cock-sucking lips. I Guarantee you're as quiet as a mouse, unless of course you're as dumb as your post implies, then you'll see colors of shit emanating from you that aren't even named yet. Again, PLEASE name a time and place ;)

The credibility was out the window when YOU started your name calling without one speck of knowledge about me. Fair enough though. Let's start over. If drug policy is about human health and these know nothings what to jump up and ban incense based on anecdotal evidence then why DO THE KNOW NOTHINGS TURN A BLIND EYE TO THE MOST DANGEROUS AND ADDICIVE SUBSTANCE KNOWN TO MAN? What makes tobacco so bad? The polycyclics associated with incomplete combustion? Nope, but rather it's the daughter elements of Uranium-238 and the associated decay series. The U-238 situation is made worse by Big Tobacco via apatite-based super phosphate fertilizers. Congrats on quitting tobacco, but your worries won't start until ~22.7 years after your first smoke and they won't end until ~22.7 years after your last as that is the half-life of Lead-210. Pb-210 is where the bulk of the original U-238 is at when it's inhaled. After ~22.7 years Pb-210 becomes unstable and continues decaying in the lungs. The next step is to Bismuth-210 via beta decay; Bi-210 is stable for ~5 days. After ~5 days, Bi-210 decays via beta decay to Polonium-210, which is stable for ~140 days. The final and most destructive step in the U-238 decay series is to the final daughter element which is Lead-206 via alpha decay. While all plants pick up soil radiation, tobacco is the only known usable plant to not render the soil radiation inert, i.e. most plants "fix" radiation. I suggest you study the U-238 decay series and phytoremediation. You seem to be one of those peeps that should be banned from online access, just sayin' ;)

Once again, I don't dispute the validity of your research. That being said, it wasn't me arguing with you or calling names after your first post. So on that matter, you're wrong.

Oh so im condescending huh. Why would you make such a big deal about the tobacco companies staying in business vs the synthetic drugs? It sounded like you were angry that they were taking away your legal drugs and you were whining about it. Dude just give up on your crusade to stop the tobacco companies. IT WILL NEVER WORK. Who cares about tobacco. People have been smoking it for over 300 years. It will never go away. But these new synthetic drugs are extremely dangerous. People have died from these "bath salts" and this K2 crap is just as bad.

Oh BTW nice one for making yourself look like a tool for yelling at the wrong person last time. My name is Supporter not Seriously. I guess they don't teach yall how to read down yonder.

And apparently "they" never taught you to think; Show me the research. People had been using real cannabis for over 5000 years, but that didn't stop the know nothings from banning it. I never said anything about stopping anyone/thing; what I want is the know nothings to explain why tobacco gets a free pass when it fits the definition of a schedule I substance to the TEE? During those WHOLE 300 years of tobacco use you speak of, there ARE a whole lot of bodies piled up. Did I say anything about keeping synthetics legal? No, I didn't, but when the know nothings want to hurry up a ban something based on not much more than anecdotal evidence it makes free thinkers wonder.....The fastest way to create a problem with something is to ban it, now there is a whole new myriad of problems added; when was the last time there was a shoot out over an alcohol smuggling route? The 1920's? The media doesn't help by "reporting" these types of actions, it spreads the word of what to use, how to use it, and where to get it. Are you 12? Why focus on some one's mistake? I guess you're perfect. Do you even know the definition of a "tool" there Trisomy 21? Didn't think so ;)
Seriously, my apologies for mistaking you for the genius I'm addressing...Peer-reviewed, independent studies; I have mine where are yours?

How about not smoking pot (even though I personally don't think it is that bad) for the simple fact that it is illegal and you can flunk drug tests for your job and get fired or never hired or if you are on probation or parole sent to jail or prison for a parole/probation violation. These synthetic drugs are worse than real pot/marijuana. Also not using hard drugs like crack, cocaine, meth, pills and heroin is a no-brainer. Do I think the laws are hypocritical with alcohol and tobacco being legal and marijuana being illegal? I sure do so my way of protesting is NOT by breaking the law and smoking pot but by boycotting alcohol and tobacco. So I choose to do nothing I don't smoke tobacco or marijuana nor drink booze not even a beer or glass of wine. That is my way of protesting these stupid marijuana laws and staying drug, tobacco, marijuana and alcohol free not to mention healthier mentally and physically. You people ought to try my way of protesting. Boycott alcohol and tobacco.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Gemini

A little give and take goes a long way, so try to be flexible and malleable when dealing with others. It will also pay to ask people what they think rather than to make sweeping assumptions on their behalf, because you could be in for a surprise. A child may have some interesting information for you, or they could make a statement that really sets you thinking.
