It does not matter if all they got was a bag of marbles or some other trinkets that may have been in the coffin. It is still VERY wrong.

The person or persons who did this have a major character flaw. There was a time that people could bury their dead and not WORRY some demented jerk would dig them up for whatever! I hope they find these people and put their faces out on the news. They need to be brought to justice.
