Judge it!
First I want to say, I hope this is nothing more than a false accusation but a troubled Pre-Teen looking for some attention..
With that said.. I'll say this...
If the accusations are found to be true... then they should investigate him and see if there were "others" who have been afraid to come forward..
And someone like him should be locked up and never see a free day till he is taken out in a pine box.

I'm actually surprised to see the first comment on this is actually rational. Usually, the only comments I see on a story like this involve castration and lynching. So, kudos to you, and I agree 100% with your post :)

how do you prove something like this its her word against his. todays youths make up a lot of stuff these days. yes they do if you think not you better wake up out of your fantasy land and if he did do the this he should be boiled in oil. |

School education says 'it is what you think it is not what it is', it is self evident in 80% of US adults, and 99% of females. Whether the charge is true, false or politically motivated, lets see where the story goes. In his own home too ! Nice to see the voice of reason now and then, and I am suprised the local yokels have been stepping on their manhoods over this one.

Right now it is just he said, she said. But if other children come forward and testify that he did or tried to do the same thing to them then a pattern will be established.
They will need to look into her background as well and see if there is anything that could be a possible motive for lying. It use to be that you could automatically believe a child who accused someone of sexual assault. But in these days of a society permeated with sexual imagery and concepts together with parents not teaching children the concept of honor, anything can go. |
