The way I see it and alot of other people see it...Richard Hage deserves to be charged, but what they are charging him for is wrong. I personally think that Hage should have been charged with attempted murder. He has been after his Newphew for a long time and its about time the cops took care this. Its just sad it took Hage the run Dustin over for them to arrest him. I hope you get better Dustin.

Dustin was after

So Dustin was rounding around the next day but why does the police report say he was flown to the hospital and had serious injuries and he was in ICU? Yes I will agree with people when they say Dustin has issues to a certain extent, but with some help and friends and family to stand by him instead of treating him like s**t he would probably be a better person. For dustin to go after him with a baseball bat was wrong but I don't know why he did, but the way I see it is Richie shouldn't of ran him over he should have called the cops instead of trying to handle the problem himself. If he was in the truck he could have got away to the phone instead he tried to solve the problem himself and thats where he went wrong. So really Richie deserves to be charged, yes Dustin probably had no right to go after him with a baseball bat. What really needs to happen and should of happen along time ago and they both should of acted like adults and went there seperate ways. If they passed each other on the street the should of just passed each other and not said a word and if Dustin said something to make Richie mad then he should have been the better person and walked away with a smile on his face showing dustin that this stuff wouldn't bother him. didnt you see richy was trying to get away From dustin not hurt him-richy has always tryed to help and love dustin he has been there when no one else was always wanting the best For dustin --richy has a big heart and always kind to others

What happened in his childhood was people spoiled him more than disaplined him. He is a pretty good kid when he is around the right people to explain to him how to prevent problems. One time Richie tried to blame me and DJ for how he was acting when really we were trying to get him to stay away from his uncle. Yes Richie did tell me one time (while he was drunk and looking for Dustin)I quote"I love and hate him in the same breathe" But like I said before I wasn't always around to see if Dustin was the one who started it or if Richie just seen him along side the road.

let me just say unless you know every thing.........who are you to make judgment????????? Are you a family member????? Are you Richie or Dustin??? There family has enough to deal with ,with out you making judgment.Consider thinking about your oun problems before taking joy from outhers.Far as i know Richie is a good dad and takes care of his family, works, and would give a stranger his last dime. To me that is one hell of a man.

Richie may be a great father and a good person to those who treat him good. Yes your family may have alot of problems but as I see it arent you Jamies dad so who are u to judge Dustins family. They are only related to you through married. Believe you me I bet Dustins family has more problems they have to deal with other than you butting into there lifes. My whole point about this whole thing is Dustin and Richie are just alike they don't know when to stop until its to late. Dustin was really close to us and that makes him family rather than friends. Everyone has there own opinions and frankly this is an open site for this so you have no right to tell me to but out. Because if you didn't want to hear what I had to say you wouldn't of responded to my opinion. Thanks very much you just made the highlight of my day. Amber Appears to me that Amber has too much time on her hands and spends more time talking than listening and looking But what do I know. I don't feel a "bigger person" would ever cut someones family like those words and feel good about it. What was that old saying, believe only half of what you see and nothing of what you hear as there is always a lot more sides to something than anyone on the outside can ever know and unless you are actually involved with something, words should be chosen wisely instead of thrown out for revenge or bitterness. Amber i went to school with dustin hage he is crazy. right after all this stuff happend with richie my brother in law !! dustin went to stoutland school and pull a gun on a kid and nothing happend to him DUSTIN IS THE ONE WHO DESERVES TO BE LOCKED UP NOT RICHIE !!

I am the wife of Richie Hage who happens to be the best man in the world in my eyes.....and who ever said keep opinions to your self is pretty smart. We can all sit and act like we know every thing about everyone else but a smart person focus on there self!!!!Not to many people are as great as thay pretend to be I am talking about you Amber check out your self to...We all know you to. Not all so good...
