I did consult my aunt's brother who owns a reality company and he tells me that unless there is a formal writen agreement and a deed signed by the both parties before the date it was sold to me that the land is mine and the other person has no claim to it and that paying the back taxes is meaningless unless paid through a county auction for back taxes.

Apparently between 12/9/09 and 03/09/2010 Watson and Utley had made an agreement because Utley's receipts for paying the back taxes begin on 03/09/2010. On 11/10/2010 Utley paid the majority of the then current taxes and had paid off ALL the 08 and 09 back taxes mentioned in the letter.
I guess we won't know what other documentation Utley has to base his pending lawsuit against Watson and Wagner until the case goes to Court. But in the 2nd letter Watson clearly states he is a licensed Broker and won't jeopardize his License over $500.00 and someone buying land from a Broker would believe the Broker to be honest.
CWAG has claimed on this very thread that the person complaining about his illegal land deal with Watson is a Member of the Multi Multi Millionaire's Club, but Utley is the victim complaining, so he claims Utley is a Member of the Multi Multi Millionaire's Club.
Now, according to CWAG the Multi Multi Millionaire's club was formed after the January 10, 2011 Beer Board Meeting when a lawsuit was started over violations of the Open meetings Act. That was almost a year after Utley and Watson had made their deal.
CWAG claims Watson was so frustrated at being screwed by the Multi Multi Millionaire's Club out of 82 acres of land that as of April 2011 he is going to giveaway land to CWAG, land he paid $8,600.00 but will sell it to CWAG for TEN DOLLARS.
So it is my conclusion that CWAG accuses anyone who disagrees with him to be a Member of the Multi Multi Millionaire's Club which is a delusional fantasy he has made up in his mind.
What is Clear is that CWAG DID as the title of the thread asks, "Have Something to Hide". But now that some of those pesky facts have been documented, he needs to start praying the Judge believes he did not know a $10.00 Land Deal was too good to be true and beyond that that he was not complicit with Watson in Screwing Utley because of his association with the Fantasy Multi Multi Millionaire Club Members.
