I suprised to see a supporter since they mentioned this case wouldn't go to trial. Well as of today, the TRIAL HAS STARTED. LOL!! Here are some more facts for you.

MAYBE SOMEONE IS FEELING THE HOT BREATH OF RECKONING.

Just last month, however, Brunson - who underwent a court-ordered 45-day mental evaluation last year - apologized to prosecutors and the judge in separate letters.

"Please forgive me for any inconvenience or offense I may have caused you," Brunson wrote to Federal District Judge Margaret Seymour. "I consider you an honorable person. It is clear that you are a fine judge and public servant and I have erred. I only have two words for my misconduct,'FORGIVE ME.' "

Three days before the apology, however, Brunson petitioned to fire his attorney.

The men were first arrested by state officials in 2007 for selling unregistered securities. They were indicted on federal charges a year later.

They could get up to 20 years in prison if convicted on 35 federal counts of mail fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud.

They also face up to 20 years on state charges of securities fraud, failure to file state income tax returns and selling unregistered securities. The state cases are expected to follow the federal trial.

Authorities said last year they hope to return about $18 million recovered in bank accounts to investors of the firms known as 3 Hebrew Boys and Capital Consortium Group.

More money has been raised by selling some items seized from the accused and their companies: a private jet, three stadium luxury boxes in Atlanta and Charlotte and 17 vehicles - including a Mercedes and a BMW, according to the Web site for the court-appointed receiver.

The receiver is still trying to sell two Atlanta condos, two homes near Walt Disney World, a motorcoach and stock in a Columbia bank worth more than $2 million last year.

It's time for God chosen people to prosper. The low life attorney just want to get richer off of others effort, but they need to trying to find a way to pay it all back. Even the Governor hands has been in others peoples money, Why? Before you make such acusations, you need to know the hole story and not part of it. The men has only helped and not hurt. Just like the history books they lied and said the whites did it all. Yes they did it all but tell the truth. This land belong to the Indians and the people of God. Whites have been thieves for so long, until they don't know how to stop. "JUST STOP". If there are no acusars, how can there be a trial. Learn the law..........
How can their be a trial??? LMAO! Hey fag stick....here are some more facts. Stop sucking on the CCG pole.

Accused of federal mail fraud charges: are Joseph Brunson of Hopkins; Timothy McQueen of Blythewood; and Tony Pough of Columbia.
The trio has denied any wrongdoing and said at rallies their work is faith-based and does not fall under securities laws.
On Monday, the three men, on their own, filed an answer to the indictment that said the government's case is fraudulent because they are not citizens of the country.
Instead, they are ancestors of people who lived in what's now the United State before the European colonists arrived.
The men also said since they have not damaged the plaintiff in the case, the United States of America, federal prosecutors have "failed in their duties" to protect the constitution.
They also accuse the U.S. attorney's office in South Carolina of 83 "unlawful actions," including racketeering, armed assault, theft of public funds, treason and failing to prevent apartheid and genocide. The actions are punishable with fines from $250,000 to $2 million each, they wrote.
"We Declare the vicious lies, fraudulent accusations, and unlawful assertions made by the invading parties on Ancestral lands to be without any merit," they wrote.
They said they sent copies of the filing to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner.
In the meantime Monday, attorneys assigned to Pough and McQueen asked for the case to be dismissed.
Efforts to reach the men Monday were unsuccessful. Attorneys for Pough and McQueen as well as federal prosecutors declined comment.
It's not unusual for the men to file motions saying that U.S. law does not apply to them. Last year, they filed a counterclaim against the government asking for $1 trillion or 1 billion ounces of ".999 percent silver," whichever is greater. A prosecutor called the filing "nonsensical."

Your comments that Mr Burnson apologized to Judge Seymour, first of all you have no idea what he was apologizing for, he may have been apologizing for calling her a B...., or a racist, etc etc. Why don't you stop reporting half truths! I know your MO is playing Devils Advocate and you do a great job at it, but what you report means nothing. I think you are egotistical and just love listening to your self centered views and opinions. You sound like a want to be Attorney, hey go and get some formal education and do something more meaningful with your life, instead of spending your time on this site tying to make people look ignorant or gullible. Do us all a favor and get a real life. Thanks!

Here are somemore facts from yesterday in court:

Prosecutors: SC trio promised unrealistic returns
By MEG KINNARD (AP)– 10 hours ago

COLUMBIA, S.C.— Three South Carolina men accused of bilking investors out of millions made anyone with ties to law enforcement or attorneys leave their seminars, and threatened investors with $1 million in fines if they told anyone about the massive returns they were making, a former bookkeeper testified Tuesday.

"If you are affiliated with any legal entities ... would you please leave?" Somera Samuels said one of her bosses, Timothy McQueen, said at seminars he hosted with his two business partners.

The trio called themselves the "3 Hebrew Boys" after the biblical tale of brothers who survived an inferno because of their faith. They are on trial in federal court on nearly 60 federal charges, including mail fraud and money laundering, and face decades in prison and millions in fines if convicted.

Prosecutors say McQueen, Joseph Brunson and Tony Pough preyed on debt-plagued investors, luring church congregants and even U.S. soldiers serving overseas to invest a total of more than $80 million with their group. They promised daily returns up to 500 percent.

"These men have no financial training or background, but they claim to have figured out how to make all this money," Assistant U.S. Attorney Winston Holliday said in opening statements in Columbia. "The problem is, none of it turned out to be true."

The men with no business expertise promised to help clients get out of debt, telling clients their money would be invested in foreign currency markets.

But Samuels — the trio's only employee — said she never spoke with a foreign currency trader or saw any evidence money was being invested with one. And prosecutors say the men kept millions for themselves, spending it on items like a Gulfstream jet, vacation homes and limousines, as well as luxury boxes at professional sports arenas, making some payouts to their initial customers using funds given to them by later clients.

"This wasn't an investment program," Holliday said. "This was a Ponzi scheme."

Her bosses were so concerned that authorities would find out about their investment plan that they threatened investors with $1 million in fines if they spoke with anyone in law enforcement about the program, Samuels said. The three also required that she use private shipping companies instead of the U.S. Postal Service to ship documents "so the government couldn't look at them," she said.

Samuels said she left the 3 Hebrew Boys in 2007 after they refused to answer her questions about why none of them paid income tax for the money they were making.

"I did not like the way that things were going," Samuels said. "They would say one thing in front of the people (at the seminars), but behind closed doors, they was doing different things."

Defense attorneys argued during their opening statements Tuesday that their clients didn't defraud anyone, saying they used the money to buy investment properties and pay out more than $30 million to their investors.

"He has gone through the trials that we all go through in life ... and he set out to assist people just like him," said Louis Lang, who represents McQueen. "My client never intended to cheat or steal or deceive anyone."

For a year after their arrests, the three defendants unsuccessfully argued that they be allowed to represent themselves at trial. Several judges repeatedly shot down their rambling motions.

The trial is expected to last three weeks and attorneys have not said if the defendants will testify. Testimony is set to resume Thursday, after a one-day recess for Veterans Day.

3 Hebrew Boys case laid out
By ANDREW SHAIN
ashain@thestate.com
Somera Samuels had been the bookkeeper for the 3 Hebrew Boys for about two years when she said she saw something that struck her as funny.
Joseph Brunson, a church pastor also known as Hebrew No. 3, was hunched over a computer taking a training course in foreign currency exchange.
"That's not what he does," Samuels said in court Tuesday. "He wasn't business savvy. He was the ministerial side of it."
The Columbia-based 3 Hebrew Boys are accused of collecting $82 million from more than 7,000 people and promising to pay lifetime annuities or pay off loans by investing in the foreign currency exchange.
Instead, authorities said, little of the money actually was invested, while a portion was spent on a personal jet, cars, condos and stadium luxury boxes.
The accused - Joseph Brunson of Hopkins, Timothy McQueen of Blythewood and Tony Pough of Columbia - are facing sentences of hundreds of years in prison if convicted on 58 counts of mail fraud, check fraud and money laundering.
The 3 Hebrew Boys, who took their name from a story in the Book of Daniel, recruited investors in churches as well as on military bases. Two of the three were ministers.
The business the trio set up had "overtones of a ministry," Assistant U.S. Attorney Winston Holliday told jurors during opening arguments Tuesday.
"It was not an investment program," he said. "It was a Ponzi scheme."
Last year, the 3 Hebrew Boys had promised to pay investors $1.1 billion but had just $17 million in bank accounts, Holliday said.
Defense attorneys told jurors the trio just were trying to help people out of debt.
Even the $23 million in investors' money spent, in part, on condos, homes, limos, land, construction and trucking companies, and dollar discount stores was spent to raise more cash for what the group called its "depositors" or "constituents," defense attorneys said.
"They were acts done in good faith," Parks Small, a federal public defender representing Pough, told jurors.
Samuels, the former bookkeeper, testified she recalled the 3 Hebrew Boys offering investment returns only from foreign currency exchange investments.
Despite having no financial training, the trio offered to pay off $200,000 mortgages and $30,000 car loans with investments of as little as $2,500, Holliday told jurors. Company representatives also offered lifetime annuities of 10 percent a month for investments ranging from $500 to $200,000, prosecutors said.
The organization said it would earn money for depositors by investing in overnight foreign exchange markets that could generate "hundreds of percent" in daily interest, Holliday said.
Investors were told this was the secret way that banks made huge profits but were required to sign confidentiality agreements with a $1 million penalty for violating them, Holliday said.
They banned those with law enforcement ties from attending investment workshops, Samuels testified. And they often used overnight carriers to deliver checks to avoid regular mail that might be monitored by authorities, she said. They used DHL so often they called the company's yellow delivery vans the "cheese trucks," she said

More info about the 3HB Clowns. Of course supporters won't show you this because they are in their little holes hiding. LOL!

The trio invested less than $100,000 of the money they raised in the foreign exchange market - and lost all of it, Holliday said.
Defense attorneys said $31 million of the $82 million raised in the nearly three years that 3 Hebrew Boys operated has been returned to investors.
An additional $23 million was spent on "assets," including the companies, land and condos - all meant to raise more money. With the $17 million recovered from bank accounts, investors will benefit from $71 million of what they gave the trio.
Attorney Louis Lang, who is representing McQueen, did not say what happened to the other $11 million.
The men named their group after the Old Testament story in which God protected three Israelites thrown into a furnace after refusing orders to bow before a golden idol.
"These gentlemen have been through a number of trials themselves," Michael Duncan, the attorney appointed to represent Brunson, told jurors. They all had suffered debt and job losses in their lives, defense attorneys said.
Like the other defendants, Brunson had no intent to defraud anyone, Duncan said. "That's what was all in his mind here, to help the downtrodden."
The trial is expected to last about three weeks.

3 HEBREW BOYS UNDER ATTACK!!!

Three men, who share a common vision to deliver God's people out of debt and to empower them out of poverty and oppression all across America, are currently under attack by the federal and local government officials of South Carolina. Divinely inspired by their faith in God, the three men refer to themselves as the 3 Hebrew Boys. In 2004, the Capital Consortium Group (CCG), a faith-based money management firm that was located in Columbia, South Carolina was created under Wottech Outreach Faith Ministries and J&M Ministries both of which are corporation soles.

Timothy McQueen, Tony Pough and Pastor Joseph Brunson are the three men known as the 3 Hebrew Boys. These men have studied their history, know the law, and understand who they are according to God. Ever since their own enlightenment of truth, they have been on a mission to educate and enlighten others on how to reclaim their financial freedom from an American economic system designed to enslave its citizens to debt based system.

On May 21, 2007, the brothers were arrested on allegations of illegally selling securities, even though the state has yet to produce evidence of such. The result has been the illegal search and seizure of properties, freezing of their bank accounts as well as a cease and desist order stopping all business activities in their offices that were located at 1529 Horseshoe Road in Columbia, South Carolina. The Brothers have contended that what they did was not "selling securities" and are guilty any wrong doing whatsoever. Their services were not commercially advertised, offered to, or opened to the general public. The brothers maintained a private agreement with their constituency to accept an initial deposit to be used in real estate development, a trucking business, brokerage companies, foreign exchange, a travel agency and other legitimate businesses.

Where it came to the matters of foreign exchange (FOREX), the Securities Exchange Commission, however, wanted to punish them for not binding themselves to being licensed and regulated by them. This amounts to extortion, pure and simple, because licensing and regulatory procedures do not apply to private citizens. The brothers have been maintaining their status as private citizens who held private contracts with other private individuals. As a result, the FBI, state and local officials are using their guns, badges, threat of jail and other intimidation tactics to stifle the flames of their success, all because they were doing this for the average everyday people in America, largely who were mostly black folks from various churches across the country.

At a time when statistics show that the average American family is $10,000 or more in debt and the homes of millions of American families are going into foreclosure and millions more are expected to be foreclosed on, the 3 Hebrews Boys were doing their best to ensure that God's people do not end up homeless and penniless in the challenging days to come. Unfortunately, this picture does not fit into the financial agenda of the elite of this country, nor the agents of corruption who reinforce and represent them. Each year in America the divide between the haves and have-nots gets wider and wider, and this is no accident. It is a political science and social strategies that empower the wealthy with more wealth and prejudicial government, while the struggling masses, have been made into a political science project for the subjugation and servitude of the wealthy.

It is wake up time; we must stand together and not be moved. We understand the laws that have been put in place to protect our divine inheritance, and we claim our God-given rights and our protections guaranteed by the Constitution laid out by our ancestors to ensure that we our right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness! These tools have been set up to served us all, not just a wealthy and privileged few who happen to know how to work the system to the point of corruption, and then have the financial means to buy injustice and dictate the enforcement of their injustices against the masses, while working daily and diligently to keep the masses in a state of ignorance.

For the past two years, the FBI seized CCG's offices, computers and files, sent out letters to their constituency asking them to complete and return a form making statements regarding their relationship with CCG. The letter informed the constituency that "you have been damaged", which came as a shock to everyone, since no one had any knowledge or experience of any damage being done to anyone, and up to that point all of their contractual agreements with the constituents across the country were fulfilled.

In the meantime, the state attorney's office had subpoenaed the principle players and constituents, as well as held improper hearings in front of a grand jury for the purpose of deciding if there was enough evidence to file charges against them. The brothers stated that this was harassment and nothing more than a fishing expedition hoping to destroy the moral of the constituency while CCG's assets were being held up. With all business activity on hold due to actions of the government, there was an increased chance of default on with the current agreements. Federal and local officials were hoping that the constituency would become scared and out of fear turned on the 3Hebrew Boys, in order to create a case against them where there was none. But to this date, the constituency has proved itself to be strong and in support of real justice. Even as the company's assets were being frozen, the brothers used their own personal finances to cover the obligations to their constituency, including paying office staff that was currently unable to function in their roles since the takeover of their offices. The Brothers were doing everything they can to make certain that no one was suffering because of this attack on them. To them, their constituency and employees are like family.

The brothers were trying to defend themselves in court, but the court violated their constitutionally protected right. God has blessed them with competent and capable legal support, and their spirits are at peace in the midst of the storm. Their constituency has also held firm and strong in support of them, traveling far and near for court appearances in a manner unfamiliar to the Columbia, South Carolina court system. They are currently being tried and tested in the belly of the beast, and the trial is making them stronger in faith and in brotherhood.

We need your help in exposing this case to the media and to the community nationwide. Thank you and let us continue to fight and stand for Justice.

Three Hebrew Boys" protest indictment in investment scheme
Updated: Nov 15, 2007 6:33 PM EST
COLUMBIA, SC (WIS)- Three men charged in an investment scheme say they're innocent. Speaking out for the first time Thursday, the Three Hebrew Boys claim they didn't target investors, but that they're wrongfully being targeted by authorities.

A packed Free Gospel Church held people in support of the Three Hebrew Boys.

"I want the world to know that the God the Three Hebrew Boys serve is able to deliver us," said Pastor Joe.

Now, inviting media to their church, the Three Hebrew Boys speak out for the first time, saying their mission was simply to help the poor.

"We have committed no crime, we have done nothing wrong. But as Tim said, the real crime is you have three young black men in Columbia, South Carolina who have $17 million dollars in the bank. If we were crooks, who in their right mind would keep $17 million in the bank?" Brunson told the crowd.

"This is not an investment company, and the reason they're trying to charge is with selling unregistered securities is because they classify it as an investment," said McQueen.

"We had multiple systems we used to generate returns," McQueen told the crowd.

And he says all were legal. Many in the room say they signed up, and the three Hebrew boys always delivered.

"Every contract, every piece of mail I was supposed to receive in the time I was supposed to receive it was brought directly to my doorstep. Believe in what these guys are doing. God bless the Three Hebrew Boys," says an investor.

The men say they hope authorities will hear their message and quote, "do the right thing."

Case Busted..sounds like your boyz are going down fast. LMAO! WHERE IS YOUR PROOF WITH REFERNCE...LOL!

Dr. Cunningham testified that between 2007 and 2010, the Boys would have needed $1.1 Billion Dollars to stay in business during this period. He testified that the Boys had no real business to generate significant income, but yet, he did not understand the businesses that the Boys had setup to generate income. Dr. Cunningham testified that in his opinion the programs offered by CCG (the Boys) exhibited a classic ponzi group. Further, Dr. Cunningham said that the Boys would have had to get an additional 36,726 contracts in order to meet their obligations in 2007. Dr. Cunningham went on and on and on, and the jury appeared to be hinging on his every word. To allow all this speculative evidence in, the judge completely failed the Boys. She failed them by reversing her initially decision. The prosecutors failed them by inflaming the jury with this inadmissible evidence. The defense lawyers totally failed the Boys by failing to object when the rules of evidence clearly mandated an objection!

The defense lawyers further failed the Boys by being totally ill-prepared to cross-exam Dr. Cunningham. For example, one of the defense lawyers were on the right track during cross-examination but failed because he was ill-prepared. For example, Dr. Cunningham testified that the Boys would need at least $1.1 Billion Dollars to settle all of the contracts by 2010. This conclusion is built upon an incorrect premise because the evidence previously presented shows that CCG had the option of simply returning the principle among if the contract could not be full-filled. This means that if everything failed, CCG had the contractual option of paying just the amount received, when you count the amount already paid and the amount of assets and cash available, the amount needed and amount on hand was pretty close.

Sorry...but this is old info that was posted back in 2007. Don't you recall when you guys going to the Al Sharpton and other shows and you got laughed at??? What a joke!! Is this the best you can do? LMAO! Please stop...it ...I am laughing so hard!

Daily Horoscope for December 28

Pisces

This is another good day to be tactful, and if anything you'll be even more successful than you were yesterday. This is not to be sneezed at, so seize the opportunity to talk to people who can sometimes be very touchy or who need to be handled with kid gloves. If you meet someone who's older or more influential than you, you'll be a big hit with them.
