Hi. Have you heard about the hearing on Sept. 4, 2007 that was for releasing the funds of CCG? Has anyone gotten the information yet?

They do not have anything to hide. Do your bank tell you where they invest your money and do they give you anything close to 10% NO! They are a private company and they do not have to disclose to you or anyone else where the money come from. The attorney general is not worried about where the money came from. He and his staff knows the boys did have your monies invested. The boys just agreed to the cease and desist order to stop selling securities. You will still get your contract honored if you haven't breached it. Get yours out and read over it and see if you VIOLATED any part of it. I hope you didn't because you could be out of your deposit and still have a $100000 fine. Go to the state home page to see the very small paragraph. Well I have cut and pasted it for you. Once again for the record this is not a PONZI scheme or scam. It is all real and legit. All I can say to ease any of your pain is ....You will get yours.....soon!!!

Lawyers representing S.C. Attorney General Henry McMaster and 3 Hebrew Boys LLC agreed Tuesday to a cease and desist order barring the firm and its principals from selling securities in South Carolina.

McMaster’s office has charged the 3 Hebrew Boys leadership, Joseph Brunson, Tim McQueen and Tony Pough with selling securities without a license. They have pleaded not guilty.

McMaster’s office alleges the three raised up to $50 million from investors in 23 states and military personnel stationed overseas.

Hey, geturmindsright. So the cease and desist order is still there. No where in the filing are they accusing CCG/3Hebrewboys of fraud. This is important because all of this internet stuff I have seen is concerning fraud. Obviously, the state nor the Government has a fraud case. It is now whether they have a license to sell securities, if that is what they are doing. Which they claim they are not.
I will stay tuned.

So whats the next intentions for CCG?

I have student loans with CCG. It is suppose to be paid off in February 08. I have been contacted by my Loan providers to consolidate. I have not because I do not want to violate my contract with CCG. However, if this goes past the 15 Sept 07 deadline and CCG is not able to operate I will lose my chance to refinance. I was considering refinanceing until I put my loan in the program. I really hope and pray CCG get out of this. My wife and I are both counting on their success. Below is a recent Email I received. Any Advice?

You had better go ahead and consolidate. I have to tell you, THB is a classic Ponzi scheme. Do you really think that if such huge legitmate profits were to be had,the big boys would not have been all over it?

It would be good if our own company (CCG) give us some kind of update!

Please take care not to rush into a consolidation loan with people giving you a time table. Is this the only loan consolidation offer you have received? I know I get offers all the time, although, I never follow up with them. Then they send a notice, this is my last chance. Ho, hum! Then someone else sends me another offer for consolidation. They put deadlines to get you to act quickly. Ask someone that has some knowledge in this area of consolidation loans, like a college financial aid officer.
