No, not mad at all, I was just wondering who she was. I know I can ask her but I just thought someone might know her name.

I thought this thread was about how long you have to wait for your appointment. 1 1/2 hours is just the starting time!

Asking her would be better than starting a bunch of people attacking the staff at the clinic. If you won't her name on here give your's. Bet you won't.

Why does it matter whether they ask her who she is or if they ask someone else? I think it should be put out there that the "staff" is rude! I think they should all be fired and they need to get new people who are more people friendly!

You ask me why it matter's if they ask her name or ask someone else. I understand you won't them all fired. I am saying, you put you own name on here an you will get your answer why it matter's.

It's if you 'want' her name, not if you 'won't' her name.

I agree most of them are rude.

But have any of you ever worked for the public? Especially for long periods of time, as in years? It really sucks after awhile, because a lot of people just suck in general. Especially crabby, suck people. And often times, a company's employee relations with the public can be a direct result of how the company's corporate or board members run it.

All of those women up there are probably some of the nicest people you could meet when outside of their workplace. They're just doing their job the way they're told...it's not their fault if the place is packed or if they're just following a policy a non employee doesn't like. It's their paycheck. You'd do the same, too, if your lively hood was important to you.

Working for the public can seriously suck sometimes.
