This "super center" has done nothing but ruin business in this town....it hasn't brought any NEW jobs....it just caused the loss of more jobs! It's a piece of crap, overprice, understocked shithole....i'd rather drive out of town to shop....and I do!! Screw the SuperCenter and the destruction it's doing to the GOOD businesses in Camden!!

At least it isn't the old wal-mart. Everything in Camden is a shithole so why should the wal-mart be any different :D

I think Wal-Mart might be the "Great Whore" that is mentioned in the Bible? lol.....I used to work as a contractor doing things with the Wal-Mart here in Camden. If Wal-Mart can get another product a few cents cheaper, then it's out the door with your product. Wal-Mart calls all the shots and you agree with them or you're out.....so sad but true! They found a cheaper product in the diapers and Arquest lost out. I'm sure the product that will replace what Arquest made will be of lesser quality. So much of Wal-Mart's low price items are getting/looking cheaply made and they look mass produced....just look at some of the clothes. Someday, the Americans will be working for Mexico and China and they will just let us "live" in this country that we call the US of A.

True! The quality at walmrt i lacking. I wonder what ol Sam Walton would think of his hard work going down the drain.

Everyone there waants a paycheck but no one wants to work with customers, courtesy, or give a hoot about the place.

....and be sure to check and see if you got all of your sacks and items while checking out at Camden SuperCenter. You are right, some don't give a rat's *** about doing a good job checking out. You can tell which ones just want a pay check and don't give a flip!

i just have too say that yes walmart in camden does suck.i dont live there any more(thank god) and was not from there.im from minnnesota.And to tell you the truth arkansa is a dirty place.I will never use a public bathroom down there again. YUK! some poeple cant flush let alone hit in the toilet.Trash every where you look. havent you people heard of a trash can!Walmart employees there are so dam lazy. they dont know a thing or are not willing to get off their asses to do anything!fire and rehire people!!!!

No, I would not touch that commode seat. uggh make me sick to think about it.

It just seems like to me people will never be satisfied, but I do agree with the customer service part, Everytime I go to get a money order I have to wait forever.

FYI: Wal-Mart comes into small towns and people think they'll bring jobs, revenue, etc. In reality, however, they don't store their money in local banks - all their deposits go nightly to out of town banks. They don't advertise in local newspapers or on local radio stations - they have their own in-house ads they send out, and no one locally is involved (or benefiting from) the ads that go into your mailbox each week.
Furthermore, they often are granted HUGE tax breaks by local governments as an enticement to get a supercenter in their towns - these officials usually are under the impression that Wal-Mart will bring more jobs.(Wal-Mart typically gives off this impression bc it goes on a brief hiring spree before opening a supercenter - however, shortly after opening, a large percentage of those workers who get fired or quit are not replaced, or else they're replaced with self-checkout lanes.)
And while Wal-Mart does donate some to area charitable organizations, if you compare those meager amounts with the amounts they're taking away from small communities, you'll see that their donations are really just a pittance.

I have been to the Stupid Center on two occasions when the little kid walking around the checkstands in a Wal-Mart shirt has pushed my cart out of his way. I have decided the next time he does it, I am going to shove it up his a**. If Wal-Mart would pay more than minium wage maybe they could get help somewhere other than Ouachita Industries.

Hell it's probably safer to shop at Ouachita Industries than it is Hell-Mart. And those people that work in the deli don't know how to act. The Mart needs to have mandatory etiquette classes for their employees.
www.peopleofwalmart.com this talks about the customers but there needs to be a website about the employees.
