Don't you just love the defense attorney's comments..."Kist's attorneys argued that Kist did not intend to shoot or kill Anderson". You pull a gun to rob someone, you have intent to use it. Good to see the murder conviction and not something lesser.

If that was the best arguement his attorney could come up with the attorney should be disbarred.

Hopefully Stoner sees that carrying a handgun without a license is a huge aggrivating factor, because I would say (common sense) that carrying a gun without a license is the number one predictor of conflict escallation. This was a cold-blooded killing by a useless bag of human garbage, and if people think that being "Bubba's Beeotch" for a couple of years is the worst punishment that we can levy against David Kist, then they are wrong. We should execute this worthless waste of oxygen, so justice is served.(Alternative: Give me five minutes in the cell with Kist, and I will make sure that he eats his meals through a straw from now until the end of his pointless physical existence).

Improper toilet training as a toddler would even be more believable than what this attorney came up with in between doobies...

finally... i am a close friend to the family of the victim...but also i know the kid who was driving.. i am thanking God though that he is getting this much time!! hopefully they get all of it!! some people who know the driver are saying that he's innocent blah blah blah..but them killing him left a wife without a husband daughter without a father and just recently a baby without a grandpa

I heard somebody say that they heard he went skateboarding the same day he shot and killed this man? Did that really happen?

How is it that this guy Osborne faces the same charges (murder/robbery) as the shooter. What about all those involved in the Hovey St shootings. Only one of those dogs get charged with murder. Maybe I'm wrong, hope I'm not.
