Maine High School Football - Dexter trounced by Rockland

Dexter being out in the very begining 3 key players, probally not going to be that good considering they all played both sides of the ball, offense and defense. Then not even through the 1st quarter losing one of their running backs because of an injury, means 4 starters playing both sides of the ball not playing at all. If they were to play Rockland with all of there players you and I both know it would be a different game due to, Not having a starting quarterback, Steve Robinson, and having no receiver to pass to Dontai Keith, Rockland knew all Dexter had was a running game, but even that they didn't really have due to the fact that their starting right tackle Nathan Redmond was out, and losing a running back in the 1st quarter, Josh Cousins who rushed for almost 200 yards against MCI. So in the end Dexter Didn't have very good odds to start with, all I can say is that could have been a really good game but having 4 starters that play both sides of the ball just isn't good for a small team.

That game would never had been close even if they had all there players because rockland is going to the playoffs when we beat bucksport

u have to admitted the dexter tigers might be the best team but they do have spirit for tryin the best they can do

it wouldnt have mattered if you had all your players or not your team just dont have the heart to be a good team and you were just over matched

graduating from Dexter High i know our football team has not been the best. Most of the reason for this, because most of the men play soccer and go to States almost every year!! but, even though Dexter's football hasn't won states or even came close... they have never lost their pride or heart! and thats something everyone should pay attention too!!
