I don't think any local government is capable of resisting the money that's dangled in front of them by the developers and zoning attorneys.

Oops - you left off "...or if the developer hasn't donated enough money to the Maryland Democratic Party".

What will this entire place look like once all the "debates" have cleared, and the "build-out" (developer speak for mindless sprawl)is finally finished? One big reeking mess, says me.
