Proposition 19 would change California Law to Legalize Marijuana and Allow It to Be Regulated and Taxed:
- Allows people 21 years old or older to possess, cultivate, or transport marijuana for personal use.
- Permits local governments to regulate and tax commercial production and sale of marijuana to people 21 years old or older.
- Prohibits people from possessing marijuana on school grounds, using it in public, smoking it while minors are present, or providing it to anyone under 21 years old.
- Maintains current prohibitions against driving while impaired.
How will you vote on November 2?
i vote yes because people smoke it regardless

It's time for President Obama to declare war on the U.S. deficit.

Sell all of our government-owned assets: gold, war bonds, properties, buildings, training, old weapons, historic valuables, and U.S. citizenship.

Give tax relief to any business, charity, religion or private person who gives towards paying off the deficit.

This would be the first time since President Andrew Jackson that our country was square.

The dollar would be a buck again, restoring the buying, economic and credit power.

Obama on Mount Rushmore.

<quoted text> definetly should be legalized. Its been around and its grown naturally. If legalization does not pass, there will be too many dealers slangin it on the street. More crime= more taxpayers money invested into county jails. Wait arent we having all these budget cuts because we are in a major debt? So, go ahead overpopulate jails and destroy lives, only because marijuana wasnt legalized. How many inmates catch a case on a yearly basis while serving time in jail? You can legally buy a drug (made from chemicals), off the shelve, which impairs ur driving and can have long term side effects after a long period of time, but not marijuana? You cant overdose off marijuana but u sure as hell can buy taking 15 advils. Anyways marijuana shud be legalized.
Yup, thats true...

The real problem lies within the implied and the command meaning and differing possible cadences of God's words: " Ya'ah, neeirou ayal ayal byaaa, Ya'ah sschinn ayal ayal neey byaa a'arah, bho'gu-bho'gu nephstis ya'ah". Think on this. I have for thirty years and am approaching peace with the meaning and direction.

We should legalize drugs because it is a private matter.
If you let other control your appetite, they will control your mind too.

Legalize cannabis as it is a good healthy medication, and a safer recreative products than most current one.

Legalize the real dangerous drugs so that we can protect the kids from them.
Today, it is simple: we can't.

You guys should stop begging to have this legalized, if it was you would never be able to afford it. Look at what they have done to a pack of smokes with taxes. It's probably cheaper to pay the fine IF you get caught.

if you get a lobotomy, you will get the some results.

the fact is - you drug addicts are so messed up, you don't know what is right or wrong anymore.

you push for the breaking of laws because "something" in your messed up mind says it is ok.

yeah. right.

we really need more people like you running this country. I KNOW eric holder, pelosi, rangel, and obama takes the stuff. you only need to analyze their logic to know so.

"we will read the document AFTER we vote on it". duh.
