Riverhead Suzuki Owner Arrested for False Warranty Claims

I have been a loyal customer at the dealership for years. They always do the right thing for their customers. Their customer service is unmatched. I stand by them and reccomend them 100%!!

I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!

The ABSOLUTE worst experience I have ever had in my life. Cliche bad sales people. Went there with my mother. I left her for 5 minutes and the sales people had her signing paperwork. They badgered her into purchasing a vehicle by telling her they were going to talk to the banks and ruin her chances of getting a loan if she doesnt buy the vehicle from them. They wouldnt let me speak to her by interupting me. After being threatened by the salesman and the financial dept. I left and my mother took the car home at 7000 over sticker price! I returned the car the next morning and they left harassing phone calls on my mothers answering machine for days. They lied threatened and harass my mother. They are the kind of scumbags that give a bad name to car salesman. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and felt obligated to write this.

oh my god what' they are very bad, servicing vehicles 5 time they couldn't fix it they sent me to another garage with the 30day warranty in mind waisting my time, no don't worry your warranty will cover it(they say) the warranty didn't cover it now I'm stuck with the things that they said they would fix when we bought it incompetent service manager, liar,liar liar, I'm taking this higher,and i wont lose

Suffolk County should take the assets from the company and close the place down. The honest employees will get opportunities from the competition. Shut the place down if it is proven in court.

I agree but some staff dont no what there doing there clueless brainless ,total ,rubbish whats happened to the honest cars sales man they give a bad reputation to the good ones i cant wait to press charges .

Both myself and my family have purchased several cars at Riverhead Suzuki and we have never had any problems with our cars or their service. We have our cars serviced regularly at the dealership and would recommend them to anyone.
I don't know what your talking about?! At any dealership their all car salesman and whether you go to Riverhead Suzuki or Apple Honda your going to always encounter "Car Salesman". When I was shopping around for cars I went to Apple Honda and was harassed on a daily basis via phone by a "Car salesman" who constantly left messages! It was the biggest turnoff!

owner was a complete liar and greaseball, all salesman pushy and not a clue, skinny lady ..eewwwwwww wouldn't reccomend my enemy to go here, shut his doors forever
