Read Laguna Beach Flroida fourm, Bay County Sheriffs Department, Martain Anderson Tape, they openly get away with murder here. Bush is letting these crimes happen in his own back yard. He and his brother are a disrace to the american people.

People get away with murder every day. I'm writing a report for a class in school, and with the research I've done so far, a person who is bi-polar or has an illness can get away with murder if the attourney can prove that the person was not in the right state of mind. If that is true, why does the man under the influence get sentanced for life? If a man or woman has a mental illness that can be treated, they are capable or at least should be capable of knowing right from wrong.
