Who does one report the Charleston, TN police chief to because he has no respect for anyone. He is rude, mean, hateful,#*+%??&*,etc. Why does he has=ve to treat other people without thought just becaue he is the chief of police. We are human. He is NOT.
He needs replaced. Would really be nice if we could have some Christian caring people around here.

I would love to see more love among the people of Charleston, TN. No one really cares about one another here. The only people I know that care is from a little church set-up in the Calhoun, TN shopping center. They really would like to help others. Don't see this much today. Most people today just want to hurt someone because they feel bad themselves. Morals are history even for our own US Government. Lord help us all.

Charleston, TN needs to have a red light at the grocery store area as there is a small hill here and a lot of brake squealing is done as vision is bad trying to see over the hill in front of this store.

I don't really understand what the problem is with the love in Charleston????? I have been in Charleston for almost 8 years.I have found that all the people that I have come in contact with have been more than friendly and helpful. It is a small town and has a wonderful small town feel. I have never felt like an outsider. I guess it is just what you interpt as love. No one came to my house with a Welcome Wagon but I did get cookies from my neigbor at Christmas.
As to the light a Eric's Foodstore.....that would be wonderful......

Isn't the whole point of living that far out in the misty apalachian mountains to be AWAY from all this internet gossip....?
Anyway, planning a hardcore hike to find the mountina people off the beaten path....
Reliance will deffinantly be a cultural hub. make all the Hillbilly jokes you want (if people still do that, which they do....) but theres somthing to be said for people who have back bone and PREFER to live as independant individuals, instead of turing into walmart dumplings....
This will be a great deocumentery, and hopefully open peoples eyes to realize that the south was not always the mindless, corprete sprawl nightmare it is today... I hope to give people somthing to be proud of.... Passing thorugh Hiawassi Reliance country soon.. Does anyone have any suggestions on pople I should meet?

Poor spelling does not reflect on a person's IQ.
some can't spell---some can't do math...( me) But I find that they're still intelligent beings.

Police Chief Hank Hayden thinks he and his police officers are above the law. When you have police officer's violating the rights of drivers by stopping drivers and searching cars without the driver's consent. When you complain to the chief he says they can search cars when ever they want. He needs to read the 4th Amendment. I hope one day someone files a law suit on him. It will serve him right!!!

they are such jurks, (not all of them mind you, there are some realy good cops hear}. i have lived in this county all my life, and it is the worst. i see peaple pulled over all the time , but when i call to complain that the truck drivers at the loves are not stopping for the sign, i get told thatthe will do somthing about it, all that happens is you see the cops pulling peaple over in cares a few feet from the spot i talked about, not a truck driver one, if you are going past the love in charlston watch out

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Aquarius

You're in a tricky position because someone who is supposed to know what they're talking about seems to be spouting complete nonsense instead. If this is an older friend or relative then you can simply smile politely and wait for them to rejoin the rest of us on Planet Earth. But if it's a boss or bureaucrat who's talking rubbish or giving you some puzzling orders, you'll be in a quandary about what to do.
