sheriff ralston??

i am in lingo on who to vote for but where can i find the proof on where ralston has saved all this money over 900000 in one year that sounds good but i just want to see it for a fact?? i remember sitting at a meeting and he said goswick would not be in his armada but did he work at the sheriffs office for a while?? does he say this stuff and hopes people forgets?? i just want the truth and not misled anymore! 900000 is alot of savings you would think we would gotten a tax break did we?? do your research!!

Oh im sorry the $900,000 savings was only one year, its been roughly the same + - each remaining year, alot of money. Sheriff Ralston seems fiscally responsible anyway. and thats important.

where can we as the taxpayers find this?? thanks!

The Sheriffs Office budget is a matter of public record under the Open Records Act, go to the commissioners office and file a request. I'm sure they're familiar w/ the process.

commisioners can not cut the budget of a Sheriff, every other department yes,sheriffs office Nope. also you spelled CAESER wrong, that is the correct spelling, in case you need it in another cowardly rant, MUSTAFA is also mis spelled, and the way you used BUY is also gramatically incorrect, it should have been BY. The commission can cut the sheriff's budget.They vote on it.They just can't dictate how he spends it.What do you think he does,just reach into the county bank account and help himself? Now who are you,coward?

The Sheriff is not an employee of the commissioners, they can set his budget , but he is not bound by it.

i went to fairmount and i met Mitch Ralston (impressive) and his opponent (hilarious!) with Mr. BAnks was Robert Whitlock and his wife, whitlock fired from sheriffs office cause he and his family embezzled money! Terry Mulkey was there with him, huge drug dealer, Steve cagle was with him, also fired from the sheriffs office, The younger Whitlock boy was there, arrested for offering sexual favors to women so the tow tickets would be reduced! HOLY COW Mr. BANKS whose going to be your second in charge? JERRY JONES!! haha

Just wanted to reply to this. If anyone really knows Jim Banks knows he is a man of integrity without "Cliques" and without "Prejudice". He is mature and treats everyone the same, and is the opposite of egotistical, which is who we have for Sheriff now. As for the WHITLOCK Family, everyone who knows this family knows this is totally not true. If only a few people have the nerve to spread rumors in order to score points for Ralston's campaign, then it is what it is, and everyone knows who you are. It's sad that you stoop to this level. The community knows it's own people and your lies will not change the truth.

Spreading rumors to score points.. Stealing Jim Banks signs... looks like someone is in fear of competition... Jim is a Man of his word and if he don't mean it, he won't say it... High integrity, honest, and apparently has some Ralston folks scared.. :)

I was also in fairmount this weekend . I seen the stars of Brokeback Mtn. Mitch Ralston looked like a queer in his skinny wranglers and Chris Brown and SHANE Parrot was chasing behind him in a full salute waiting for him to bend over. Then SHANE tripped over his puppet strings and his head found its home right up Brokeback mitch's ass.. what a laughing stock of the Sheriffs Dept. Wake up Calhoun .
