I have possible concerns about the policing performed by this gentleman. I understand he had trouble when he was Calhan police chief and was accused multiple times of insubordination. I also understand he was fired or not renewed after a large town meeting.

WHat did this person do?

being a former student of Calhan, years ago, when todd was the police chief, i know for a FACT he partied w all the high school kids and provided the liquor for the parties, as well as attended and was sleeping w a high school student, also, had him bust me in a BS situation, and i was given 2 felony charges by him, even though he partied w us! he is corrupt, and should be in jail simply for what he did YEARS ago... i have no idea what his slimey self did lately!!

i was never too happy about the fact my teenager had access to liqur from the liqur store from the wowman who ran it. every weekend.she just loved her sales and pretended she didnt know they were under age..im sure todd knew what was up...it wasnt us parents giving it to him and his freinds.

oh ya and then these kids and they were great kids....would mess up, get in trouble....probably some are still trying to recover from their liqur induced trouble..it was a win win situation for the law i guess..it was a frustrating situation for me..

Dear investigation- NO WAY!! I went DOWN hard, and have put all that BS behind me, just heard the news and gave my peice- i am NOT intrested in helping ANY "victims" no one helped me, and i stood against him all alone- and got SCREWED while everyone who knew the truth- kept thier mouths shut- i lost my chance to graduate- and got a reputation i didnt deserve- and some of your so called victims- are just as guilty- for they watched me go down all alone when they KNEW BETTER, so i do not feel it is my obligation to bail anyone out!!! SORRY
