No one has the right to tell those of us who loved both Kym and Frank as well as the kids to "back the Hell off". All of you have the same rights to a fair trial should you someday find yourselves in an unexpected situation. What sense does it make to think Kym would kill her children's father to "retain a lifestyle"? She would have the common sense to know such a thing would cost her the "lifestyle" that she alledgedly claimed she was staying with Frank for. Kym herself called the police when he was shot and begged for help for Frank. This is included in the police report. By the way, Kym was so hysterical that the police had to have her sedated and put to sleep, and then they woke her up long enough to take that awful mug shot of her. Her eyes were swollen from crying. Also, how do you know that some of us didn't offer to help? I know I did, and was told by Frank that he could handle it. I told them to call me if they needed my help. I didn't realize how serious things had become. As Kym's "best friend" and as people who claim to have known Kym and Frank, why didn't you help since you were allegedly there as you claim? It's easy to blame others as culpable and not yourselves. Also, for the record, Kym was the one that wanted to move to Calexico, not Frank, so that they could be closer to Frank's family. As for the allegations that Kym abused Frank, Frank was taller than Kym and weighed at least 75 pounds more than Kym and he had seven years of CHP training and experience. I personally think Frank would have been insulted that people would think that a woman smaller than him was abusing him. People say why didn't Kym leave Frank but that goes both ways, why didn't Frank leave Kym, he was the one with the pay check and had control of it an it would have been easier for him to leave. Kym had the common sense to know that she would not be able to provide adequately for her children without their dad. She was raised as a latch key child and understood the hardships of a child with an absent father and a single parent working mom. I also question why Frank left the gun so accessable that it could have been a danger to the children.

Ashley: Your lies and distortions are some day going to come back to haunt you. Because of your claims I asked the kids to be honest with me and asked them if they felt I was "guilt tripping" them to see their mom and they adamantly each said no, that they had never said that to anyone, and were surprised that I would ask such a question. They each stated that they want to see their mom and that they love her. You should not be speaking words for your siblings that they never said. It seems to me that you are the one who is trying to do the "guilt tripping". What you are doing for your own vindetta is wrong. I don't understand your duplicity.
