Murder suspect appears in court

Full story: The Review

A man suspected in the slaying of his father appeared in court Monday and was arraigned on theft charges, with Jefferson County Prosecutor Thomas Straus saying he is not yet prepared to charge Travis Miller, 27, with murder.

yea he MURDERS his father after fishing with him ALL day. his in jail. n still hes not CHARGED with murder. really. itll be 4 yrs from now till he goes to trail.

Well i know this guy and i can say what i knew about him *the son* was he was a great person in side and out some times people get pushed too far. Who knows really what happen im sorry for the loss but people dont need to get on here talkin like they know the whole story, when they probably dont know half of it
