City Sets New Recycling Goal

City Hall wants to see 75 percent of all trash in the city by the end of 2012 to be recycled instead of heading to landfills.

In order to recycle that much, they would need to first find us a place to recycle our cans and glass bottles in the local community. As a Realtor and a Girl Scout, I have researched this and currently there are no locations in our city to make it easy for our families to do so. I would love to teach my children money skills by letting them recycle the cans and bottles.and helping our City at the same time. Look forward to the implementation of this goal.
