To Whom Might Be Thinking About Renting From This Place,Think Twice.You Can Never Get In Touch With The Manager.My friends bathroom Wasn't Working For a Week With Children AND A husband.She Called The Office numerous Times to no avail.Also There are several people living in some OF the apartments ,like 2 families, when they only pay for one family.MY personal opinion is ,You Need A new manager That Is avaiable to the renters at all times ,not just when they have a spare min.If it had been me with no bathroom for a week ,I would have called the health dept. and let them handle it. Plus I would have gotten my lawyer to inform them that they would be missing a weeks rent for that month.Like I said rent at your own risk.The appartment are nice,they just need a real manager.

I've been on the waiting list for over a year. The manager a year ago was a very kind person who always took her time whenever I called to inquire about the status of the waiting list. It seems she is no longer there so the new manager is Kim. Kim is extremely rude & could care less about assiting serious prospective tenants. I was called by Kim on a Wednesday & asked if I was still interested in an apartment. I said yes & was told I needed to "get into the office today". Since I work *;30 - 5 this it was not possible to get there until Friday (2 days later). I was then told that the aprtments aren't held for prospective tenants. Are you telling me that Kim wasn't given any notice of an upcoming vacant apartment. I'm sure the previous tenant gave 30 dasy notice as required, however, if they were treated the way I was by Kim then maybe the previous tenant just moved out one day because they couldn't get any service either. DESPERATELY NEW MANAGER NEEDED!!!!!!!!!!

COULD SOMEONE PLEASE POST THE HOME OFFICE PHONE NUMBER FOR KIRBY CREEK APARTMENTS.MAYBE WE COULD GET AN ANSWER THERE.THE MANAGER WHOMEVER IT MAY BE THIS WEEK,NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AND IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE IF WE HAVE A PROBLEM.THEY WANT THE RENT OR YOU ARE OUT,BUT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM,THEY ARE NEVER TO BE FOUND.NOW I WONDER WHY THAT IS?

I WONDER IF THE HOME OFFICE KNOW KIM STOLE $$$ FROM HER LAST JOB!!!!!!
I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN KIRBY APARTMENTS FOR 2 YEARS, I HAVE BEEN THREW 2 ALRIGHT LANDLORDS THIS ONE HAS NO TIME FOR NOTHING, JUST LIKE TODAY SHE GOT HERE AT 9AM AND LEFT AT 11AM AND HAS'NT BEEN BACK. THE BATHTUB STAY BACKED UP AND JUST YESTERDAY SHE SAID THEY WERE COMING TO FIX THE PROBLEM TODAY. BUT IF YOUR RENT IS LATE SHE HAS A NOTE ON YOUR DOOR THE SAME DAY BEFORE SHE LEAVES THE OFFICE. WE CAN'T CONTACT THE HOME OFFICE BECAUSE SHE HAS TAKEN THE NUMBER DOWN, WHAT KIND OF STUFF IS THAT. OUR RENT JUST WENT UP AND SHE SAID IN THE LETTER DUE TO MANAGERMENT REQUEST. I DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF REQUEST THAT IS WHEN THESE APARTMENTS ARE LOW INCOME BASE.

i am sick an tired of paying late fees every month because of the manager (Kim) not being in the kirby creek OR wedgewood office!!!... i waste more gas and phone time trying to find her every month than my rent is! And by the way the above statements are correct...

I have a girlfriend and a child who is a tenant in one of your apartments in Cairo, GA. Monday she received a notice that she was complained on for having loud noise on Saturday night Sep 25, 2009. So yesterday while I was visiting my family the manager comes over and tells Amanda that she has another note about being loud and that she has to move. This is were the problem is on Saturday September 25, 2009 Amanda was not home I took her out for her birthday so how could she have had loud noise when there was no one at her apartment. When she explained this to Kim Palmer "manager" she did not want to hear what Amanda had to say. The whole while Amanda has been in this apartment she has had nothing but attitude from this Woman, if you look at the Kirby Creek reviews on the internet you will see that this Woman has some of the worst reviews against her. This email is just to let you know of the type of manager you have managing your apartments. Oh, and lets not leave out the drug abuse and sales that goes on in your complex. The manager knows about it but there has been nothing done against these people, just the people who have noise on a night that they were not home gets kicked out. You can say that I might not have any say so in this matter, but I pay the bills and when you come tell me that my child has no where to stay because of some hear say I have a problem with that. So this is just a warning to the upper management of Kirby Creek. I will have a write up in the local news paper about the drug abuse and sales that goes on in the complex, not only that I will contact the local drug authorities and make them aware of the activities. Kim Palmer as messes with the wrong person. You can't be a manager of a apartment complex and show favoritism to certain tenants. Below is the link to the reviews that are on the internet. Just curious.....I have been by there when my friend paid rent after hours. Isn't there a DROP BOX for rent??? And don't you have to pay in a MONEY ORDER or CASHIER"S check wrote to Kirby Creek?? I'm just saying......Don't waste your gas it cost tooooo much to do that! Just WALK up there and DROP it in the box!!! Geeeezzz

I'm thumbing thru Cairo stuff and see that you are upset. Well as I am reading your post I am in Awe?? Do you realize that what you are putting on here is just as bad as The drugs being sold? You are "threatening" a Corporate office! Illegal! YOu are also saying you will blackmail them if something isn't done?? Illegal also!! I am just curious.......how many times have you or the renter called the POLICE about the drug abuse? The Manager is just that.......ONe who Manages! He/She IS NOT a COP! NOR SHOULD IT RISK ITSELF TO DO SO!!! Calling the cops and reporting it is all that can be done in The manager's dept. She/He does NOT have the Authority to ARREST!?!?! Maybe try calling and pushing the issue with the POLICE dept! Just curious to how many times you have threaten them?!?! hmmm

Ok we all know who whats going on here. The office got wind of the reviews and know someone wants to reply. HA HA Just thumbing thru Cairo stuff thats real funny. But as far as I can see no has threating her or the CORPORATE OFFICE, LOL you use CORPORATE like someone is concern with them; they are human just like us so they can be wrong to. I work for a CORPORATE OFFICE so I know just as much as you. Someone needs to take action and as far as calling the law thats her job once it has been reported, and it has been reported many of times. The law is the law, Corporate or not. And as tenants each person has a right and should stand up for their right. I live out there and I know and heard what is going on and the manager lives by hear say.

I have been on the waiting list for almost two years, I call and check up on my application and I actually feel like the manager {Kim} is bipolar! Sometimes she can be curtious and most time very rude. I feel with the position she's in she needs to uphold customer serive as a top goal!!! Luckly I've found another apartment and the managers we have there knows how to be a proper manager. And as a manager,{cause am one} sometimes you have to avoid hearsay because people to lie for numerous reasons.
Hope she and someone over her gets a chance to read these negative reviews and than something can be done.
