Deadly car crash leads to charges

There is nothing that the courts can do to her that would beat what I am sure she has put herself thru since the crash. I don't know the whole story..but she lost her daughter at her own hands. What can possibly be the use in punishing her more that that?

Three people have been killed due to Louann Hubbard's driving. She should never be allowed to drive again. We should be concerned about the three (3) ladies who were seriously injured and will never regain their health. Several may never walk or drive due to Louann's driving!

I can agree with not letting her drive again..I am not so sure about the prison time..

I agree, Some thought she may have had a seizure, not sure?

She had methadone in her blood, just not enough to prove more serious charges like homicide. You would think she would have learned her lesson after she killed ANOTHER one of her children years before in a similar single car crash, again, with neither of her children wearing seat belts. Again, she is singularly responsible for 2 of her children being dead. This time she killed another woman in her car, and almost killed 3 people in the car she hit head on.

If this woman drives again, she will kill again.
