Here ya go...a brand new thread. By discussing JFM here, it will not interfere with the other site "what is wrong with our law enforcement". That site and this site should have two totally different discussion values.

If he had driven his truck and hit someone and killed them instead of a hitting a fence there wouldn't be such an outcry. Lets not forget Mike was legally drunk he could have killed someone. The justice for Mike signs hurts all who have had a family member killed by a drunk driver. The cops may have taken his life that night but they might have protected a whole family from being killed.

i posted this once before in the other thread........when a friend or family member dies, its hard to make it make sence. believe me i'm no angel. i have done drugs, and i have drove drunk. i apologize for my grammer in advance. the only reason i didn't end up in jail was because of a breck cop.that was 1991. i've been clean since 1991 then. when i was crankin or drunk ,i did too many really stupid things. there comes a point where you lose your better judgement. my family and friends would have never believed me capable of some of the dumb shit things i have done. one thing if a person does not do exactly what the police say. thats a mistake. being so drunk you scare the hell out of the drunk your driving home , thats a mistake. having a gun in your posession when driving drunk, that a mistake. your decision making process clouded by drinking then getting behind the wheel, thats a crime. knowing your going drinking and not taking your gun out of your car beforehand, thats a mistake. according to the witness he looked up at him, then kept accelerating after he banged on the window...thats too drunk and thats a mistake.there comes a point when you become an adult, you become responsible for your own actions. had he not put himself in a position for the police to get involved, nothing woould have happened. had he drank at home and not endangered everyone else on the road that night, nothing would have happened, besides the fact that driving drunk is a crime. no good ever comes of it. if he he had killed someone with his truck, would you feel the same? do the cops set out to kill the drunks and druggies? if that was the case i would be dead, some of you here would be dead. all i'm trying to say is that we set the wheel in motion on how we live our lives. when compounded by drugs or drink, we dont react like we should. would it be better if he shot a cop then got shot? remember there was a sequence of events that could have been avoided. and this part of this forum wouldn't exist.i hope all the sad people here get the answers they need to move on with life. but don't be hurt if the picture isn't what you wanted. people under the influence are not the the same people you know when they are sober. so to say you know things couldn't have happened a certian way, because your related or a friend are really not true. i hope you all the best...

So it was murder? Seems as if you have become judge and jury concerning the police! Thought Justice = truth according to what I have been reading! I guess Justice = YOUR OPINION

it seems according to his biggest supporters he was ineberated most nights. he drove drunk on many nights taking peoples lives in his own hands. drunk driving is a crime. he commited this crime how many times? it was luck he hit a gate, and not someone. he brought the police to him, i dont think they were out looking for him. he was not a kid, but a adult who knew better. had he not got so ineberated he couldnt respond to the civilians trying to help him, or the police. he would be here today. you keep saying they didnt follow procedure. what is the procedure they didnt follow. unfortunally he died ....in the process of commiting a crime

Hey, "former buckaroo", there had to be a point that this was said, again.... not that family members, friends, followers or supporters will accept it.
You are very brave to have put it in print, as it seems when it has been done in the past several legions of people will jump upon you....get ready!
They will use numbers, until the numbers cannot be justified. They will use the Bible, until the scriptures prove them wrong. They will use their opinion, until it conflicts with yours....get ready!

i have nothing against this guy, like i said in my first post. i was no angel. but there are cases where our repeated disreguard for others must be addressed. here it had an unfortunate end. if it were "justice for lisa" and the repeated offences were the same. i would come to the same conclusion.

Well Maxine...Where I am from, the cops take the drunk drivers to jail..not shoot and kill them...They were supposed to be aiming at Mike's tires...I'm thinking we need to send our police officers back to target practice if they can't tell the difference between a tire and someone's head. I know police officers have a huge responsibility in their line of work, but if Mike was a different race than what he was...which was white...there would have been something done already.

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Sagittarius

Be careful about what you eat and drink today, my prancing Archer. Your body is in a sensitive state, so be well advised and steer clear of anything that might upset you, or to which you're sometimes allergic. Avoid anyone who's a one-man germ factory, in case a few bugs happen to jump out and over to you. Right now, you could do without it.
