People should wake up and remember that there is so many problems in our state. Why should a 74 year old man, who I felt was a great govenor, go to jail for all the coverups, I am sure he did not know about. Jail is not going to change anything for him, it will only cost you the tax payer money to house him. I think it is riduculous what they are doing to him, he did alot for Kankakee, people need to remember that. Jail is for real criminals.

Kankakee County is so full of corrupt people If you knew all the stories in the past about Ryan....but the real story is he was the head of the licensing board, and he was part of the license for bribes scam and a horrific accident wiped out an entire family. He belongs in jail. Sorry. I'm sure he's a nice guy, but he caused several deaths. That's jail.

He should stay in jail. You do the crime, you do the time! If my husband was in jail, they would not let him out to take care of me! Age should not make a difference! The whole family got a lot of extras from all that.
