You need to take a long look in the mirror. I'm sure in your perfect life you've never made a mistake. Maybe thats why your casting the first stone.

I honestly don't understand you people. You know nothing at all about any of the three people involved in this event yet you comment on how people are idiot's. Well Mr. know it all why don't you do all of us a favor and give us a moment by moment account of the happenings on that day. Lets begin with the moment my brother left work.
And while you at it try if you can to justify the actions of the driver that decided to slam on his brakes, and them ran like a coward without regard for the other two people involved.

The sad thing in this whole equation is that this guy is still out on the streets driving around. It's just a matter of time before history repetes itself. Kind of makes one wonder, who's next?
