It may be true that pendot stays ahead of most winter storms in every town but St. Marys! No matter what storm we get Dubois has clear roads, Emporium has clear roads,Kane has clearer roads. Then traveling to St. Marys or through St. Marys the roads are alway trecherous and untouched until a few hours after a storm has past and by then you cant get the snow and ice clear from the roads! You should be out there at first snowflake til the last snowflake on every road....
