Hum, the MC just did a study that is aimed to contradict the AP study and again make the Messiah look good. Unfortunately, one must question the MC study. As one of the examples in the AP analysis, the report cited one of the poorest counties in Western Pa. Yet the MC fails to mention this. Hum. Lets get real, there is no longer investigative reporting going on in the main stream media. They will take the democratic talking points and pass them off as reporting.

Here's one of them, courtesy of DEMOCRAT PORK KING John Murtha. They love him in his district because he can take YOUR tax money and channel it to HIS district so the HE can get reelected time and time again. This puke of a man ought to be on a pike pole!

Why can't we call it "the money taken from the working people of this country" instead of "stimulus cash"?
Stimulus cash makes it sound like a prize.

It is a prize for the 'well connected'.

After eight years of unbridled criticism, it is far easier to just copy and paste the talking points. To be fair, the expose on the Murtha Pork Airport near Johnstown is a good piece of investigative reporting but it is a totally obvious infraction of the government system and of your tax money. John Murtha represents ALL that is wrong with our elected officials. He was 2007 Consumers Against Government Waste Porker of the Year. He must have studied at the foot of his mentor who has more stuff than most named after himself in WV. Robert Byrd, who is the real pork king. http://www.cagw.org

Please, please! Taxpayers do NOT lose sight of the fact that this is your money....not some miraculous creation from the teleprompter reader.

Mourning Call if u want real stimulation....get the able bodied from the projects, and center city off their butts, off welfare, food stamps, WIC, and social security....that will really stimulate things.

The construction crews that are working on the roadways are already steadily employed. How does the taxpayer cash employ someone that already has a job. What about the guy standing in line.....is he getting a road construction job. I venture to say NO! This is a gift to political friends that contribute to election campaigns.

Any county that did not go for Obammy in the election is being left out of the stimulus money, especially in states controlled by the Dumbocraps. Look it up. How much money is Schuylkill County getting let's say compared to Lackawanna County per capita?

Some poor people are more equal than others.

Staber, I passed on the link for Murtha's Airport to about 20 people.

We will never read about this in the Call. Thanks.

The shrill and getting uglier liberal mouthpiece, Janeane Garafolo, begs to differ. She thinks that the recent tea parties are about racism. Typical for such a leftist mind that is always looking for some issue to rant about no matter how WRONG. She saw a few posters at one rally that evidently did mention some form of racist comment and she immediately paints the whole movement as such. Ignorant beyond belief!

To think that she used to be a conservative. What a whack job.

It is quite the polished tax turd, is it not? In an earlier era, we would have put Murtha's head on a pike pole at the gates to a city. The pole would have to be very substantial to hold his oversized fathead, most likely due to being on taxpayer expense account.

They did this for the Republicans; that's how we got into this mess.

You suck because you don't hold your party accountable; the morals and soul of a rich bastard.

Wrong remove the rich from office; so we can finally have equity in the work place, health care, and access to the law; that's the answer.
