I KNOW THIS GUY AND YOU DONT KNOW THE KIND OF THINGS THAT WENT ON IN HIS HOME. WHAT HE DID ANY ONE IN THE RIGHT MIND WOULD HAVE DONE. DONT LOOK AT THE PAST AND BLAME IT ON THE FUTURE WHAT HE DID WAS SELF DEFENSE AND I DONT THINK THAT ANYTHING SHOULD HAPPEN TO HIM. HE IS A GOOD KID JUST AT THE WRONG PLACE AT THE WRONG TIME. IF HE WOULDNT HAVE GOTTEN TO THE STORE WHEN HE DID NO TELLING WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO THE PEOPLE THAT WHERE BEING HELD UP. HE IS A HERO NOT A MURDER! NO ONE IS TO BLAME FOR WHAT HAPPENED BUT THE MAN WHO WAS TRYING TO TAKE THE EASY WAY OUT. I DONT THINK THAT JACE HAS DONE ANYTHING WRONG AND THE JUDGE AND JURY WILL AGREE WITH THAT.

Thank you for the comment. Ellis County has there own laws, some of the laws I think are illegal. I called them for protection, they arrested the wrong person. We were trying to protect ourselves on a property that I have rented since 2001.

Good ole boy locals frame an innocent man. Just because they don't like him but he was protecting me from someone who waw threatening my life. I have been going through abuse since may from two people who falsely used my social security and ID#'s to steal everything I have. One person even impersonated my mother to the Ellis County Sheriff's Department and to this day neither one of the theives are incarcerated.

I beleive in right the man robbed the store and drove away the clerk followed him and killed him, lets all use common since if the robber car quit working, why didn"t the clerk keep going a little ways down the road and watched from distance until the police arrived, the clerk is guilt of murder and all the people in our court system knows this but fail to do there job. What if the clerk was a felon and he just beat the robber up he would of went to jail for assult. These laws are put forth for some of us to follow not all of use to follow. If a seven eleven clerk would of done what this clerk done he would of been fired. The clerk title is clerk not crime fighter

This is the crap that has the world screwed up today! He was shot because he comitted armed robbery! Thats the chance you take! If they know it was him that did the robbery then END OF STORY! When the clerk caught up with him and tried to retrieve the cash it probably turned into a self defense thing if the robber was armed. TEXAS JUSTICE!

They are investigating! I would rather see it take a few weeks than have them rush it too court, do a halfassed job and have someone get away with murder.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Taurus

Someone isn't mucking about today, and if they're annoyed about something they'll come right out with it. This means you could be on the receiving end of some zingers, but equally it means that you'll be giving as good as you get. Now, although it will be very tempting to let off steam by giving someone an earful, aren't there better directions in which to channel your energy?
