Judge it!
I agree it is nice to be close to home when you are hospitalized.
Unfortunately, it is not usually ever a choice for those that live in greater Minnesota.

House panel OKs plan for Woodbury psychiatric hospital
A legislative committee voted Friday in favor of a new psychiatric hospital in Woodbury, despite the Minnesota Department of Health's concerns that it would be too large and hurt existing hospitals.
