A standoff in Butler County ended with state police fatally shooting a man.
At about 5:30 p.m. yesterday, Butler police were called to a house on Bredin Street, where a resident, Keith Tack, 48, reportedly was threatening to hurt himself, state police said.
According to state police:
Authorities could see a gun and heard gunshots coming from inside the home.
The state police Special Emergency Response Team attempted to negotiate with Tack during the next three hours. At about 8:30 p.m., Tack walked out of the house and pointed his gun at police.
Three state police troopers shot at Tack, who was hit and died at the scene.

Thats some bullshit because state troopers or any other law enforcer is constantly trained to disable the crimanal without having to kill them.

Disable a guy that is pointing a gun at you without killing him? Are you retarded? All that guy has to do is pull the trigger and you may be dead. They should have shot him in the knee so he could return fire? That may be the dumbest comment in the history of this board.

Clinton was impeached by the congress, which files articles of impeachment but does NOT try the case. The articles of impeachment where for perjury & obstruction of justice, NOT treason. He was subsequently tried, and ACQUITED by the senate. The Republicans, by the way had a 55-45 majority in the senate. Yet did not even get a majority vote for conviction. Let alone the 2/3 needed.
