what the h*** was our district attorney thinking when he decided not to seek the death penalty? if ever there was a person who deserved to die for their crime, it's this woman. i'm absolutely horrified by it all.

Mitigating evidence that would keep a jury from choosing death?

I am not excusing what she did, but I do have a question.
Why is it legal in late term abortions to let the baby die if it is born alive?
This is a bill that at least one presidential candidate voted for.
How is this any different?

This is a tough one. The prosecutors office may have saved the county alot of money. She should never see the free world again. Her attorney Kevin Flaherty is an idiot I doubt he had anything to do with saving her life. I don't know the mitigating circumstances but I think Richard Goldinger made an informed descision. Randa Clark went for death just because she could, Goldinger would where appropriate.
