Avoid the ATA McDojo...

My children spent two years training at the ATA school in Auburn only to find out that the black belts they were given (which cost us a lot of money) are not any good at any other place in the world of martial arts other than in an ATA school.

The ATA charges twice as much as any other school in the area, uses high pressure sales tactics and teaches some crap as a martial art. My oldest is 16 and was a champion with them yet he was not even able to keep up with the green belts at his new school that teach real martial arts.

My wife and I despise the ATA and their lies, giving of belts to people who do not deserve them and getting people to believe they teach a real martial art. It is sad that people are duped. Boycott the ATA (American Tae Kwon Do Association) schools in Ft. Wayne, Auburn and Angola...they are scammers.

I did a year at the Traverse City ATA.. 7 year old black belts playing with barbie Dolls .."whats wrong with this picture" ...its a huge scam, you get a belt no matter what! Just show up and you will be a black belt with no moves!
