Just because people haven't been caught or charged with their illegal behaviors, such as possessing marijuana (but not inhaling) then they are also criminal, just alluding the justice system. But people with no empathy or sympathy for human error and would deprive people are no better than any corrections officer who mistreats inmates!!!! And violates their civil rights. Just because some believes in the legalization of marijuana does not excuse their flawed charcter of the past that they indulged and broke the law, therefore, people that are in denial need to put down the pipe and breathe the real air!!! It's human nature to be flawed and make mistakes, but people should be treated with respect while doing their time. Our laws demand it!!!

My son is in prison there and they have been on lock-down status since November over all of this. The whole prison. They did not get visits for the holidays and were not even allowed to call home at Christmas.
This is a shame that these inmates are ALL being mass punished for the violations of a few. Then you want to talk about the prisoners being criminals and keep them behind bars, wait and see these guards with only get a slap on the wrist if that much.
The sad thing is, it is not just going on in Coleman, it is going on in every institution in America, both Federal and State, with the prisonrs being mass punished for the mistakes of the officials.
If you son didn't commit a crime in the first place he wouldn't be there and all would be well!!!

I'm a Corrections Officer here in Orlando and scum like this makes the rest of us look bad. It seems like Coleman Federal has been getting a lot of bad publicity the past couple of years. 99% of the people I work with, are hardworking, honest and dedicated to our jobs to keep criminals behind bars.
I thank you for your service....someone has to do it!

That's not nice. It's not easy for people with loved one's in prison. Have some compasion, pinhead.

If your son was not a criminal he wouldn't be there and would not have to worry about not being able to call home at Christmas. He probably is not there because of his innocence, even if it was white collar crime he committed.

Daily Horoscope for December 9

Leo

You're really on the ball today so there's no danger of anyone tricking you or fobbing you off with lame excuses. If you suspect that a loved one is hiding something from you, you'll want to question them in a lot of detail. That's all very well but try not to turn it into the third degree, nor to make them feel hounded or bullied by your desire to know what's going on.
